I definitely like the extra dialogue options, but not a big fan of the extra xp. Personally, I find the game a bit too easy, even on nightmare difficulty. I try and curtail this by NOT advancing in levels too fast, so battles will be more challenging. I could also just skip/ignore a lot of side quests and get the same result, but I tend to be a “completionist” with rpg games. Of course this could be fixed for me if they just made the game a bit harder, or add an extra difficulty level…

I agree with most of ur list, but what I always get before any other perk are those 3 perks that reveal special parts in speech (underworld knowledge etc). These are the ones that solve story related issues (For example Sera's mission, or the Imperial court mission). These also open special missions on the map and are extremely useful.
I'd say that my top 10 would be 1-4: All 4 knowledge perks, with this you get extra dialog that let you get new agents and extra plot options. Every time you enter a region the cool item is supposed to change in the better stores. I've used this to unlock the best armor schematics that supposedly the Dog merchant in the Hissing Wastes has, yet I noticed that it always had the same unique armor and no matter how many times I reentered the area it didn't change and I couldn't buy the schematics. Considering that you have 19 perks to choose, if you unlock all those mentioned in the video, plus all the knowledge ones, you still have 5 more perks available. If you have a good amount of agents at each category of course. Inquisition's perks doesn't need agents, right?

Some perks which I think are very helpful too are the knowledge perks which give you either extra xp when reading codexes or that give you extra dialogue options. Especially useful for the main quest in Orlais with the nobles and the empress. Also trainee herbalist (I think) gives you more herbs when you harvest, which in itself is extremely helpful if you want to upgrade potions/tonics or just replenish them.
Thanks for the help man . I've only just started the game and tbh I was a bit lost as I'm relatively new to this genre of game . All of your videos are really helpful and well explained . Thanks again and keep it up .
Greatly appreciated for ppl uncertain of getting gud perks ,great guide Kinetic . Only shit things are that you *CANNOT* Respec Inquisition perks at all ,there's no black emporium too. BW didn't think this through, did they? sigh...forcing you to choose wisely My guide is - The 3 knowledge perks from your 3 ambassadors +4 max healing pots Deft hands ,Fine tools-extremely good ( get *Leliana's normal -master herbs to reach it*) +5% EXP from enemies +10% resist to DMG Extra slot for potions Advanced and Master Focus +15 item burden x2 The short list (New things for sale in shops) Extra EXP and Influence from monster research +1 skill point Optimal Cutting (For end game rare herbs. A novelty mostly) I only bump up my inventory space to 75 *Lv20 Inquisition is the Max* After these, you are left with 3 spare Inquisition points to spent. *The 3 Cullen schematics are optional - up to you,but i rather not get em and rest of Josephine's perks are not really worth it ,unnecessarily *Eagle-Eyed is not worth it. *Forward scouts is bad too.
At least you can respec skills. You couldn't do that in DA: Origins (Bioware incorporated the idea into Awakening thanks to the game's most popular mod) Plus, companions don't have skills auto-assigned up to your level when you meet them, making any companion other than the three your start with totally useless, which Origins also had.
lancer D Except your attributes allocation are distributed automatically per level basis =( ,it depends on what route your tree skill is progressing towards like + 3-5 Str/Constitution in DAI,though equipping some unique gear helps boast my stats . No Black emporium even sighh
I think that you hit a lot of these right on the head. I've always got several characters created that I'm playing at once with different builds, etc. So something like this is extremely helpful to have on hand when I'm trying to figure things out. Thanks!
I enjoy your vids! Of course, there will be differing opinions on the top 10 perks, and I agree with most of them. For me it was important to unlock the first perk in each category, in order to get the extra xp from codex entries. And I didn't bother with the extra inventory perk ... I just made sure I sold off my junk on a regular basis. The few times I reached my max inventory, I just destroyed the trinkets under 'Valuables.'
Nice list and one i pretty much use myself with one change: - 2. Forward Scouts... Only really useful until you get Skyhold upgraded and then its of no real use. I swap that out with Optimal Cutting as getting a possible +10 to each herb/metal/leather you collect saves farming them continuously. Keep the vids coming they are great!
Mostly agree with the list, I think this video could be super awesome with like an Honorable Mentions part, where you could classify the usefulness of a few other perks that might be playstyle dependent. Things like the dialogue upgrades which do have the downside of steepening the awful XP curve, but have huge roleplay benefits. Or Forward Scouts which I personally believe is the one of the 5 worst perks in the game. You only need a handful of Logging stands and quarries to do everything you can with them, and they are useless after. I never have a problem finding enough. And I'm really surprised there's no mention of the +1 Skill point for your Inquisitor. But nice video from a fellow Dragon age try-hard that knows way too much about the game :)
Great thoughts. For me, inventory capacity isn't as high priority as I can usually just fast travel to go sell my stuff. It's just a matter of convenience. My top perks are Extra healing potions, and the focus perks. Of course, I'll soon be playing with 2 tempests in my party to cruise through Nightmare, so focus is pretty important. Oh, I love Flask of Fire.
cool thanks for making this video, it was helpful. thanks for explaining the perks too i just grabbed the more healing potions, i totally missed that perk the whole playthrough so far, haha.
Underworld gives you various dialogues throughout the game so that's definitely one. Then more potions, and being able to gather more ingredients. For later game you're going to need it
I'd Underworld Knowledge on there before afew of them, you get more agents from Underworld convo option and thus open up perk that require 3 or 4 points invested much faster
Yep, I pretty much agree with everything in your top 10. I'd maybe slightly change the list position for a couple of them but wouldn't remove any of them. After these, I'd suggest the one that gives your character an extra skill point and the 3 or 4 'knowledge perks. All the rest are pretty useless. Though the wider search area one has some utility, even though it will make virtually no difference in reality. :)
Atleast three of your choices are just quality of life issues. Additional inventory space can be dealt with far more easily by returning to a merchant and selling excess items on a regular basis. That's two points you can use elsewhere. Likewise, forward scouts isn't as necessary after the first play through if you bothered to actually try and discover the entire map of each area, once you know what resources are on which map (take notes if needed) you can get the logging stands and quarries without needing to use forward scouts. However, there are three perks that are absolute musts if you want to be able to get full access to things (and you should probably use your first three perk points on them) and these are the knowledges (arcane, underworld, and the military one). These perks open up options on judging that can lead to some of your judgements becoming agents (like Aventis if you follow the mage path). They also open up other conversation options that can lead to some interesting twists. I would also say that the perks that affect your buy/sell with merchants is also highly useful (for increasing your money to get more schematics and the like).
Nice list. The only ones I'd want to add are the 3 - schematic perks from Forces. I'd probably delay the inquisition Perks to get those 3 forces perks early.
very good video, these are good ones but also opinion based. i just started playin again with a new playthru and i actually got the first perk in each category first which allows new dialogue options. ther are actually MANY new choices you can make... that is if you are a lore nut and talk to alot of people. I also easily get deft hands as my top. I actually get that one first with just 1 influence point. Even thou it requires to have 3 points in secrets before u can get it, the hinterlands actually has 3 secret agents in that first zone which are easily obtainable. I think they did this on purpose so you can get that perk early. Anyway yea I think u should try out the new expansion the decent if you havn't tried it yet. It's fun, maybe do a video on that, I'd like to see you do some more DA:I vids.
At least understand the reason for getting Forward Scouts now. Think I'll be skipping it myself though. The only resource places I'd have missed are in the areas I explored before Skyhold. So think I'll just be looking up where they are or manually exploring them with a mount later. Will just find the rest when I explore the rest of the maps. Even if I didn't wanna complete everything I'll know to look in any area that I haven't explored to complete 'em. Also got all of the dialogue/codex first instead. Realize now that the XP isn't needed but enjoyed seeing and utilizing some of the extra dialogue options to get some agents easier and score some extra affection with the companions. Also getting the money perks early so that I can be sure to buy any extra influence to reach the influence level cap and any gear should I happen to be unlucky with drops. Though it can be a bit punishing (on nightmare) to not have combat perks early on I'm just finding myself overleveling for the difficult parts by completing everything.
If you need perk points you can buy scrolls that give you exp twards them in the court yard of skyhold. since coin is basically useless its worth spending the coin on early to smash out the perk list
I would have chosen the enhanced studies over the advanced scouts. You get more experience for the enemy items turned in AND for all the items previously turned in. I can google the location of quarries. Thats just my opinion though. I do appreciate the mage builds youve done. Im running nightmare and they have helped alot! Have you done any dlc vids?
Hmm. I passed on The Short List and went for the schematics under forces. Instead of buying gear, I found it much more cost effective to let Leliana's new agents bring gear from their previous employers for the rare schematics, then focused on crafting rather than buying gear straight up. It also saved me from the 5 point in that category requirement, so I had a few extra perks to spend elsewhere, which I put into acquiring knowledge, specifically Sterling Reputation (+10% more money for items sold to vendors under connections, Enhanced studies under secrets for +50% more xp for each foe studied [retroactive], and Nobility Knowledge back under connections for +50% XP for codex entries and opening up dialog options). And of course maxing out the inquisition tree for that extra skill point is a must lol.
Best option after game over is using "golden nug" and upload all schematics to DA Hold, next game you may download all this stuff and begin game with level 4 schematics (if you ended :Descent" or "Hakkon Jaws" DLC). Imagine player lvl 3 with lyrium staff or Hakkon's Honor. As Iron Bull said - MAYHEM!.
A little information on The Short List. It does not open up a static set of items on vendors. They are Random from what I can tell. A pool of items that may show up on that vendor (time based supposedly). Also, not that much better than the Sturdy variants. I was excited to finally unlock it but very disappointed after 2 real time days of not seeing a single Superb Armor Recipe on the vendors. (A hat...yeah...I got a superb hat...)
Best perks Forces: True Grit, Advanced Focus, Master Focus(need 4 points to acquire) & More Healing Potions Secrets: Deft Hands, Fine Tools, Forward Scouts. Connections: The Short List Inquisition: Antivan Tailoring, Imperial Court Tailoring, Tempered Glass Flasks Thank you
You should redo the Reaver build but this time, use rampage (the focus ability) in with the rest of the tree, you gain hp with every hit with rampage active. it counters the hp drop from dragon-rage basically
i'm not sure the short list is that interesting: glanced quickly in DAI wiki and it seems the stuff it gives you can be found many times in the game. Josephine's sales on the other hand gives you access to the best armor schematics in hissing plains. And for the scout ability, you can always save the point and look out for the locations on internet. the first perks of each category also gives you extra dialogues and increase the xp for all your codex entries, even the ones you already got i think
The only thing I would add to this list is the optimal cutting perk from the secrets tree. When I first saw this perk I was all "meh 10% chance to get an extra herb. I'll invest in something more useful." I ended up taking it later and was schocked on how useful it was. I was getting 4-8 extra herbs on rare plants that I usually have to spend time farming. So yah,it's a useful perk with a misleading description.
Ammar- Titi Yes, to get Deft Hands, Fine Tools, you need 4 points in the Secrets category. And you get points by completing quests, closing rifts, and other activities
Dude, I am hooked on your class builds! I've subbed and watched every Dragon Age video. I don't feel DA:I does a good job of explaining its stats and the value of each stat for each class and I'm left wondering when I craft my armor.. Should I go with the Dex or cunning for my rogue.. how much Dex/cunning do I want to shoot for? Diablo does a better job of this cuz theres a sheet damage that changes with every change to your gear I'd like to make a request. Can you make a stats video with some explanations of stat values and what to aim for (example, try to get 75% Dex and 25% cunning) or whatever.
Forward Scouts is a poor perk. This adds additional point-of-interest and "X" marks on your map. You don't need this perk in order to complete any of the landmark quests, and this perk does not add any additional warp points. Only get it if you like the flavor.
EDIT: Got confused with the other perk. You need to spend four points in that category, have 4 agents, or any combination of the two, and then you can unlock Deft Hands, Fine Tools
Terence Kelley You get points by earning influence from quests and events. Those you spend how you like. By acquiring agents (npc allies) from quests and conversations, they count as a point in that category they are specialized in.
Hello 5 yrs later lmao but I always go for those first, from inq and up cuz history and nobility knowledge is more important early on But I am pretty sure u already know this now and prolly even have the game uninstalled lololol
i think forward scouts is a wasted perk imho. you should be exploring everywhere, and if you still can't find it, well look online and there are maps to show where the lumber camps/quarries are. the perks i tend to get are: all the knowledge/dialogue perks (underworld, nobility, etc); the potion perks (both); the focus perks; deft hands; and true grit. these are honestly the best perks out there.
Extra xp is useless since you can farm, the dialogue options are useful. But, forward scout is especially useless since upgrading your base doesn't really do anything. You could wait until the last thing really if you had to have it . I'd get eagle eyed instead
I understand why you picked some of these but stuff like arcane knowledge are like passive skills it makes the game more in depth and easier to do a nightmare playthrough
OK, can anyone clarify this? Does Foward Scouts unlock NEW areas/ points of interest? or is it just pointing out stuff you would already stumble across if you're exploring EVERY part of the map? Which i do - i'll jump at a wall for several min.'s before conceding "ok, i can't get over there."
no, but wasting 1 inquisition perk in order to get 1 talent point for only 1 character? wasted. it is much easier to get skill points then it is to get inquisition perks.
i need help with dragon age i keep dying when trying to fight the green rifts i try to get the better weapons and still dying i did all the side missions got my power up now I'm jus stuck pls help wit some insight
Only The Finest perk: 10 x Everite 10 x Volcanic Aurum 10 x Silverite 10 x Great Bear Hide 10 x Craggy Skin 10 x Wyvern Scales 10 x Royale Sea Silk 10 x Imperial Vestment Cotton 10 x Plush Fustian Velvet
You know you can get all of those things pretty easily and can even buy them pretty cheaply from several merchants? A complete waste of perk slots, imho.
thanx for making these guides they are very cool i was wondering what is an easy build to play i just bought the game and i have no idea just what something fairly easy any advice would be great thanx
I think forward scouts isn't that useful, I mean they lacked on making the upgrades worth anything if it showed locations of hidden items like puzzle pieces or wine bottles it would be worth it I'd save that point for the schematics which is kind of useful to get for whatever class you are. Great video though, the others I'd agree with you on though.
Big no in two and one. Forward scouts maybe toward the end of the game just as a completionist but it’s more fun to explore and kill n farm and just quest quest everywhere. You might miss a couple of logging but there’s more than you need. And if you’re needing that many healing pots well yes, I guess it would be important for you otherwise no Pretty good list though
The schematics fyi, seems to be linked with your current level. had my mage schematics first below level 10 and most of the plans i receive are around that level. However, when i took the warrior schematics later when i was lvl 19 thereabouts, i find that the plans given was all around tier 3. I might be mistaken but gonna do another playthrough to test this out. seems like a waste of perk points if this is true. would love to hold on to amazing and rare scematics just by unlocking it. the rest of the perks seems so blase, they dont help much with the gameplay except if you want more backstory. It's good for a first playthrough but on the second and third? I want better combat and item options.
I am liking this game more and more as I play it but I cannot overlook some of it's design flaws, for example it will not let you review your perks at any moment, ONLY if you have a perk point to spend you can access the perk list. From what I understand so far, someone correct me if I'm wrong, the perk list is also the only way to see your recruited agents. Whatever they where thinking this design choice doesn't make much sense as the whole concept of a war table is to primarily be able to easily review your assets in the field.
People ignore my comment please cause I'm still a noob and I jumped to conclusions, I was wrong you can review your perks at any time, I was trying to access it while in one of the areas, It's works just fine when your are at the area choice screen.
Everything I have, except Forward Scouts. I know it's kind of cheaty, but I don't like wasting a perk on something that I can look up in a guide. I'm also trying to conserve some just in case they add more perks in the future.
I spent a point on warrior schematic which really helped me through a large portion of the game until I got tier 3 schematics, now it feels wasted lol. You only need gold for schematics and the mystery box everything else is pretty useless after mid game in the shops.
Yes, schematic and crafting ingredient perks are a complete waste of time. All the schematics you will ever need are sold from the hidden shop in the hissing wastes. They cost a lot, but since they're the only thing in the game worth spending money on...
Knowledge perks are always my go to they allow me to feel smart as a protagonist and also allows for many different dialogue options
And the xp boosts
I definitely like the extra dialogue options, but not a big fan of the extra xp. Personally, I find the game a bit too easy, even on nightmare difficulty. Thanks again and keep it up .
No problem man. Happy to help
This is such a fantastic game, truly. Still no where near completion and I am loving taking my time with it.
Greatly appreciated for ppl uncertain of getting gud perks ,great guide Kinetic . Only shit things are that you *CANNOT* Respec Inquisition perks at all ,there's no black emporium too. BW didn't think this through, did they? sigh...forcing you to choose wisely
My guide is -
The 3 knowledge perks from your 3 ambassadors
+4 max healing pots
Deft hands ,Fine tools-extremely good ( get *Leliana's normal -master herbs to reach it*)
+5% EXP from enemies
+10% resist to DMG
Extra slot for potions
Advanced and Master Focus
+15 item burden x2
The short list (New things for sale in shops)
Extra EXP and Influence from monster research
+1 skill point
Optimal Cutting (For end game rare herbs. A novelty mostly)
I only bump up my inventory space to 75
*Lv20 Inquisition is the Max*
After these, you are left with 3 spare Inquisition points to spent.
*The 3 Cullen schematics are optional - up to you,but i rather not get em and rest of Josephine's perks are not really worth it ,unnecessarily
*Eagle-Eyed is not worth it.
*Forward scouts is bad too.
Thanks for posting this, pretty helpful.
We meet again
Nytellem ye just my hindsights
Saw this video and said "I need to start a new game *sigh*"
anyone else?
A horny Cat Yupp, I thought the same exact thing.
Same and it's over 2 years later.
Yep basically
Yup after trespasser
Totally
Nice list and one i pretty much use myself with one change: -
Thank you for the videos! I just started playing, have around 30 hours of play time and your videos help out a lot!!!
Just wanted to say thanks for all the vids. Very well done and helped out a lot.
These vids are excellent quarantine company!
cool thanks for making this video, it was helpful. thanks for explaining the perks too i just grabbed the more healing potions, i totally missed that perk the whole playthrough so far, haha.
Whoa, I didn't know agents count towards the total perk number, huge thanks brother
Underworld gives you various dialogues throughout the game so that's definitely one. Then more potions, and being able to gather more ingredients. For later game you're going to need it
I agree with you a ton on this list, Great Work Kinetic
Also, get the Jar of Bees grenade as soon as you can. Deals massive damage and scatters large groups into single fleeing enemy targets.
All good perks, except number 2. Forward scouts is kinda useless. Love your videos. Keep up the good work!
Previous Video - Party, Tactics and Behaviors Guide! ua-cam.com/video/y9bbmH5CYnU/v-deo.html
my preferred perk is the massache's method
more exp for combat. makes killing dragons and other bosses much more rewording
Next Video - The Next Builds! ua-cam.com/video/pATpGWbHZa4/v-deo.html
You're easily the best Inquisition resource on UA-cam right now. Keep it up *praises the sun*
the best at this, so helpful with clear and concise speaking
Hey, the forward scout part was really helpful. You get +1 from me.
Just a +1 thats it
very good video, these are good ones but also opinion based. i just started playin again with a new playthru and i actually got the first perk in each category first which allows new dialogue options. ther are actually MANY new choices you can make... that is if you are a lore nut and talk to alot of people.
+OneButton Dash Lore nuts united!
@@ZUV617 loooooooore 😍😍😍
Just subbed, and surprised I hadn't earlier. Keep up the videos man :D
If you need perk points you can buy scrolls that give you exp twards them in the court yard of skyhold. since coin is basically useless its worth spending the coin on early to smash out the perk list
happy new year KineticGTR, thanks for all your uploads 2014:)
Thanks Simon. I really appreciate it!
***** I'll take a look at it. I lean more towards making money over xp, especially now with the black market. Thanks
These videos are Very very very helpful! Thank you so much.
Adam W. Its awesome!
@@thebicardiandcola6334 It's good for playing game for storyline and interactions (as me).
This video was very helpful, thanks.
the forward scout is a nice thing. but you can just use a online map to find them, so you can save that perk for something else
Best perks
Forces: True Grit, Advanced Focus, Master Focus(need 4 points to acquire) & More Healing Potions
Secrets: Deft Hands, Fine Tools, Forward Scouts.
Connections: The Short List
Inquisition: Antivan Tailoring, Imperial Court Tailoring, Tempered Glass Flasks
Thank you
You should redo the Reaver build but this time, use rampage (the focus ability) in with the rest of the tree, you gain hp with every hit with rampage active. it counters the hp drop from dragon-rage basically
i'm not sure the short list is that interesting: glanced quickly in DAI wiki and it seems the stuff it gives you can be found many times in the game. Josephine's sales on the other hand gives you access to the best armor schematics in hissing plains.
And for the scout ability, you can always save the point and look out for the locations on internet.
the first perks of each category also gives you extra dialogues and increase the xp for all your codex entries, even the ones you already got i think
The Mage/Warrior/Rogue schematics are great too. Tier 3 weapons/armor schematics for your class that are great. :D
Thank you you really helped me out keep posting these videos
3:10 what is the 4 CATEGORY and how i should open this
Help...
It means you need that many points in the category you’re looking at, in this case, Secrets
@@MyGamer125thanks but how can i get this ? Points
@@MyGamer125 you mean i need to spend 4 points in secrets right ?
Ammar- Titi Yes, to get Deft Hands, Fine Tools, you need 4 points in the Secrets category. And you get points by completing quests, closing rifts, and other activities
@@MyGamer125 Many thanks bro
Dude, I am hooked on your class builds! I've subbed and watched every Dragon Age video.
I don't feel DA:I does a good job of explaining its stats and the value of each stat for each class and I'm left wondering when I craft my armor.. Should I go with the Dex or cunning for my rogue.. how much Dex/cunning do I want to shoot for? Diablo does a better job of this cuz theres a sheet damage that changes with every change to your gear
I'd like to make a request. Can you make a stats video with some explanations of stat values and what to aim for (example, try to get 75% Dex and 25% cunning) or whatever.
What is a focus ability?
Forward Scouts is a poor perk. This adds additional point-of-interest and "X" marks on your map. You don't
need this perk in order to complete any of the landmark quests, and this perk
does not add any additional warp points. Only get it if you like the flavor.
Thanks but I still don't understand how I "unlock" deft hands :\ do I have to capture a keep?? Or recruit someone? sorry to be so dense.
EDIT: Got confused with the other perk. You need to spend four points in that category, have 4 agents, or any combination of the two, and then you can unlock Deft Hands, Fine Tools
What are points and how do I get them. Still VERY unclear. Thanks need Details
Terence Kelley You get points by earning influence from quests and events. Those you spend how you like. By acquiring agents (npc allies) from quests and conversations, they count as a point in that category they are specialized in.
Did they edit the perks, I wasn't able to just pick up true grit without getting two other perks linked to it?
You are correct sir. I really enjoy the game.
Thank you great info.
I just go for the 4 knowledge perks first then start reading every parchment i find that i had avoided reading
I should have picked all 4 of the conversation perks, but it's too late now...
Hello 5 yrs later lmao but I always go for those first, from inq and up cuz history and nobility knowledge is more important early on
But I am pretty sure u already know this now and prolly even have the game uninstalled lololol
i think forward scouts is a wasted perk imho. you should be exploring everywhere, and if you still can't find it, well look online and there are maps to show where the lumber camps/quarries are.
the perks i tend to get are: all the knowledge/dialogue perks (underworld, nobility, etc); the potion perks (both); the focus perks; deft hands; and true grit. these are honestly the best perks out there.
If you play with trials and the potions heal 1 dmg, then dont invest into potion slots and inventory space
You could also do a vid about cross class combos,, should be helpful to some... Especially on nightmare (:
OK, can anyone clarify this? Does Foward Scouts unlock NEW areas/ points of interest? or is it just pointing out stuff you would already stumble across if you're exploring EVERY part of the map? Which i do - i'll jump at a wall for several min.'s before conceding "ok, i can't get over there."
Love your help and tips with these videos.Well explained really good :-)
Nice videos keep up the good work👍
Which one is the perk that when you scan i can see the dots on my map..
What's the best way to gain perk points?
I'm curious if the Mage/Warrior/Rogue schematics perks are static or based on character lvl...?
the thing that gives you 1 skill point is redundant? I mean is there a max level and you can't get over a fixed number of skill points?
no, but wasting 1 inquisition perk in order to get 1 talent point for only 1 character? wasted. it is much easier to get skill points then it is to get inquisition perks.
instinctz1
thanks.
when I play while back and was in skyhold I got a chest to put stuff in I can not remember what perk giving me able to use it do you know
With all the codex's you read why not put one in the perk for extra XP.
i need help with dragon age i keep dying when trying to fight the green rifts i try to get the better weapons and still dying i did all the side missions got my power up now I'm jus stuck pls help wit some insight
Hi how do you obtain the 5 points for Short List?
Only The Finest perk:
10 x Everite
10 x Volcanic Aurum
10 x Silverite
10 x Great Bear Hide
10 x Craggy Skin
10 x Wyvern Scales
10 x Royale Sea Silk
10 x Imperial Vestment Cotton
10 x Plush Fustian Velvet
You know you can get all of those things pretty easily and can even buy them pretty cheaply from several merchants? A complete waste of perk slots, imho.
Is there a way to reset the perks?
Buy amulet at smithing shop and equp it.
Personnally i always rush the ones that give you more xp per codex entry cause it speeds up leveling a lot
thanx for making these guides they are very cool i was wondering what is an easy build to play i just bought the game and i have no idea just what something fairly easy any advice would be great thanx
Great video, keep up the god work :)
It's official! I'm doing God's work! XD
+KineticGTR you're doing the makers work. Maker be with u 😂
Big no in two and one. Forward scouts maybe toward the end of the game just as a completionist but it’s more fun to explore and kill n farm and just quest quest everywhere. You might miss a couple of logging but there’s more than you need. And if you’re needing that many healing pots well yes, I guess it would be important for you otherwise no
Pretty good list though
Thanks for all the vids! But could you please make a build for Cassandra as a support templar.
earliest forts are in fallow mire, stprm coast, and hinterlands
Urdnot Wrex by forts he meant the ones that the inquisition can take over
The schematics fyi, seems to be linked with your current level. had my mage schematics first below level 10 and most of the plans i receive are around that level.
I'm planning on doing a nightmare playthrough but don't want to be a 2 handed warrior or an archer, what would you recommend?
More healing potions is my favorite as well
Everything I have, except Forward Scouts. I know it's kind of cheaty, but I don't like wasting a perk on something that I can look up in a guide. I'm also trying to conserve some just in case they add more perks in the future.
Could you make a video of top 5 most OP specializations/classes? You know like Reaver, Knight enchanter etc...
