Lol, sooo many people have the same question. No, it isn't fake, I don't even know how to Photoshop or do a fake video. But this method may not be for everybody. I just found it cool that you can actually get the lens out without touching your eye. So in situations where you cannot find a place to wash your hands, it might come in handy. 😝 Here is the link to the video I reacted to, lol. I thought it was fake in the beginning as well. ua-cam.com/users/shorts4rc87ZzOlm8?si=0NtMuLLE0xQm-poN

I did too at first! The first time I tried to get on contacts, I tried for 45 min with the assistant’s help, and couldn’t get them in. Decided to try again another day. I got it in, but it took me 30 min to get them out. That feels like forever when you have something in your eye! I’ve definitely gotten much better. Cleaning your contacts regularly to ensure they stay soft, and using eye drops (for contact wearers specifically) as needed helps too

It's almost never actually a problem, getting them out is the easy part. The first time I tried it took me like 40 minutes to get them in, but I got them out on the first try. By that point your eye will be so irritated and teary they'll basically just pop out when you touch them. And forgetting they're in is also impossible, you feel them when you look sideways. even if you're not sure they're out when you try to take them off, you'll feel it 5 minutes later. If you need them give it a shot, you'll probably be just fine

For anyone watching this, this method is most commonly used to remove Hard Contact lenses (it's what I do to take mine out), since they don't bend like soft lenses. It works by creating tension on either side of the eye and essentially pushing out the lens when you blink.
    The more you know!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS!!! I wear contacts off and on, not so much right now due to allergies. I will have issues at times where my contact feels like it is really stuck to my eye, I use eyedrops to help it, but I will have to try this at some point soon!
