god I love this album. I remember seeing them at the old Santa Monica civic when it came out. Unfortunately all my vinyl went with the ex. (just another reason to curse her) thanks for posting
I had this on 8-track when I was 12, a hand-me-down from my brother, and I played it nonstop; the guitars on this r mindblow/George Kooymans has both technique and feel, which is rare.
Totally agree with you. their most recent album, titled Tits'n'Ass, reached No 1 earlier this year. Admittedly, it was in Holland, but you've got to expect Dutch people to support what must be considered their greatest ever band.
I bought this album in the cut-out section for 5 bucks when I was sixteen. One of the best albums I ever owned. That was 35 years ago and I always thought that if people loved "Radar Love" so much, why didn't they like this. Alcohol rock and pot rock? Are they that different? Is that what divides the two?
Surely the most underrated album by anyone ever.
This is the stuff!!!Great times and memories that never fade.Good God, where have all the good git pickers gone.
The best of golden earring
Still awesome.

Together with the 'Switch' top of the bill from the Earring. Sort of a shame that Robert Jan Stips soon after left the band.

Yes.
Prachtig, één van mijn eerste Lp's.....
your story sounds about identical to mine, I probably bought it as a cutout in 1982/3
actually thought this was their best album--have it--but don't feel like digging out the turntable
