Wow! After seeing this Supra at the 80s 90s show this year in Milton, (only car I really came to see) I appreciate this summary video of all the work done! Your local 2jz enthusiast.
That Supra build series is totally worth watching!! Loved every second of it! Especially the OG wheels custom made by Augment Wheels! Now we need to see somethin go up against the R34!!
I'd say this is one of your best builds. It's a little bias but this series was fun to watch. I always loved Supra's (especially in GT heheh) because they got this very simple modest appearance with lots of performance underneath. They just look and perform real good.
I normally don't like "recap" videos, but this is great. It does a nice job of wrapping up (no pun intended) the series into a teaser video for anyone that may not have seen it yet. It's also fairly comprehensive for those of us who have watched the entire series. Nice job. I'm excited to see what you get for it and see you take that success onto the rest of the stable of cars :-) Like many people, I'm still waiting for more Connie videos and I'm hoping the EVO6 comes back.
I love your channel and watch it religiously, but I always felt like the music choice could have been better. I know you guys have to choose from a royalty free library so your choices are limited. However, the songs you chose for this video were perfect. it really completed the video considering there was no dialogue. I'm just one fan with one opinion, so a million people might disagree with me. I still feel like I have to put in my two cents. Love what you guys do and I get excited everytime I see a new video in my feed. Keep it up!
Really enjoy all your JDM transformations as you give the avg enthusiast a good view into what they are going to be up against with these classics. Even if most of us dont have the tool selection and lift that you have at hand. I do wish you would talk about RHD insurance though! Looking forward to the Skyline next….
One of your best episodes and I’ve enjoyed the series. I’d I hit the lottery I’ll be up there throwing cash at you saying build something, don’t care what just make it interesting.
Hopefully this car makes a nice price and the new owner's can turely appriciate the hard work that Dave and Pete have put into this car. Do wander how the manual version's going to turn out, given it's setup for responce. Possible Toyota equalivent to the legendary Mines R34?
it really did turn out great. amazing work. but also confirms one of my fears: that headlight refinishing is never gonna be as good as new plastic. not all cars are as lucky as the supra to have aftermarket kits specifically for front lens replacement, so it's either buy new lights ($$$$$ esp OEM) or get as close as you can with refinishing.
If you do the wetsand method with painting you can pretty much get OEM standard finish since that is how it's done from the factory. I did this method plus polishing the clear I put on and it comes out like brand new lights. More labour and "careful work" and it'll last years instead of months. You can use special headlight coatings that can last much longer than even OEM coatings if you want.
Can you guys tell the blue foil's colour code please? I've been looking for a similar colour to repaint my supra. The new ford blue which is also available on the puma looks almost the same.
I won't lie I kinda skipped the series up until this point these cars are just too much money and I'll never own one. As notorious as the stock turbos are for issues I'm surprised you didn't get a smaller but more efficient ball bearing turbo that would spool good and make 400-500HP. So many other "performance parts" using the stock turbos doesn't make since to me. But its not my car.
Shout out to the DJ who played club music for like 2 weeks straight non-stop while the Supra was worked on

For some reason this video just got me pumped. Great job on the car. The wheels look amazing. Love your content!!
You guys have the cleanest builds! Hands down!
That was a much needed and greatly executed rescue of a Supra. Thank you guys! 😉👌

It's so beautiful 😍
almost as beautiful as a 1st gen Celica, eh?
@@speedacademydave Almost... Not that I would know! 😎
@@speedacademydave Didn't realize you have another little channel here. Pete got one too I guess err.??
Albon we need the second Part of why you can’t afford a Supra 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
🛥
you guys really did a fantastic job with that car
one of the cleanest builds on UA-cam hands down
huge kudos to Peter and Dave for pulling this off man!
Thank you for making such great content. Great automotive channel with tons of good info and even some dad jokes that rock!
You guys killed this series - just great stuff. Keep em coming! Makes me want to go wrench... (toddler screams) when I actually have the time 😬
I enjoyed this series. I probably have an unpopular opinion, but of all the wheels you guys had on this, I like the BBS better than the rest.
Guys, I’m really curious about your Evo vi build, please give us some updates on that as well
I think those rims are the best looking oem wheel for the supra ive ever seen👌
You guys deserve 1mil subs! Such good content

Great job guys 👌🏼😎👍🏼 Love the re imagined wheels 🤘🏼
What's the song that starts at 6:37? Thanks in advance!
Love those wheels
Absolutely amazing 👏
Misheard lyrics @ 10:45 sounds like they singing about that fuel pump....
I want more red Supra!!🎉
Love the video and came out beautiful
i must have missed ken on one of the episodes, gotta rewatch now
great job gentlemen!
It’s pretty damn close to perfect, I’d have to have a manual transmission in mine but that’s literally the only difference.

Awesome work on building this Supra
I have a mk4 Supra Aswell and was wondering if you would take on a build project
Winning!
Absolutely gorgeous car

Cleaning up the exhaust. That’s when you know they care.
What a Legend
Such a beautiful color choice and rims.
Wow Amazing 😍😍
love how it came out, still would have loved to see it in midnight purple.
I don't love the color but great job. It looks really good.
The transformation is on a whole other level
Need to see the R34 Skyline GTR tho
The dent on the right rear
Great looking coupe (not targa)
and the best thing about it, it's automatic!
Anyway you might be looking to part with that for a price? 😎
I was so close to getting a Supra good deal on a NA Supra before my deployment but now I’m bummed as I’ll never be able to get one at the price rate.
amazing 😻
But is it FYEAH spec?
Bruh that breaker bar bent way too far for my comfort
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great complication build video. What was the final price? Did it stay in Canada or ?

Great recap for sure! What did you guys sell it for by chance?
What a beauty 😍
Damn clean!
I miss the days you guys did test driving vids after almost any mod, big or small
Go look how badly our Hyundai track review video did and you can understand our hesitation to do actual testing or track driving.
Yeah well the way things are going that doesn't always go to plan and it's still pretty far away from them.
Excellent music to go with an excellent build
Can you let us know the SEM part number you used on the windshield cowl please? It was tough to see in the previous video. Thank you
Can you guys tell the blue foil's colour code please? I've been looking for a similar colour to repaint my supra. The new ford blue which is also available on the puma looks almost the same.
Where are this shop location? idk anything bout car and I would love to stop by , build me up 🆙 just bought a Honda car
What kind of wheels are those?
They put the twins back in and someone is gonna take them back out and go single again.
👍
🔥❤
It’s….automatic? 🤧
T A S T Y
This is a terrible video, typical of those redundant compilation channels, please don't do another music only video.
Pulled an engine from another supra to put in this supra?
New wheels
So you guys are doing a raffle right?....................
Just came here to downvote for clickbaiting.... SO INSANE!! Sad, I guess i would have liked the video :x
Clickbaiting?? Clickbaiting what?
