@@Votteq well the 4 speed autos didnt really come into popularity until the mid to late 80's. Every truck I own only comes w a 3 speed auto or a 4 speed manual, let aside my 87 PR 50 which has a 5 speed manual (4 speed was still an option)
Well actually I counted how many times they shifted up and than lowered the number of how many turns they made so they actually shifted up 6 times dont forget the turns they made was sharp enough to lower a gear or 2

Man it’s God sent to have a mechanic like he does. I had one who worked on my 300zx twin turbo z and he never charged me a lot and you could trust him. He did a timing belt change for $200 bucks for me and did my down and test pipes. The dealership or going rate is $900 bucks anywhere you go for a timing belt change on my car.

I’m so jealous. These guys are living my dream, all I’ve ever wanted was to rebuild a Supra on my own or maybe swap the 2jz engine out for something else, whatever. Like I’ve seen so many Supras up close and even had rides with friends at car meets I just want to have the pleasure of rebuilding one myself. I wanna spend cold winter nights in my garage with a shop heater and my arms elbow deep in an engine bay of my very own rust-bucket supra. Repaint it at a friend’s shop then wait 6 weeks to get a set of legit slicks, then burn ‘em in an abandoned parking lot alone or maybe with a few close friends
