hey jared, i only do body weight movement, i think weight training is good but i just don't have consistent access to anything. outside of yoga for strength related stuff i mainly do pull ups. hope this helps! thanks for watching

Ok, that was though:p are there any specific ways to train the flexiblility of your legs? Because I had a really hard time trying not to bend them during some of the exercise:s (I have the same problem when I have to sit on the floor with stretched legs & a straight back: I either have to bend my knees or curve my back, because a perfect 90 degree angle doesn't work)
Stomach on fire. but i loved it. Does this make me a masochist...? I had a video suggestion: a yoga off the mat type video. Tips to maintain good posture in every day life, sitting, standing, walking. etc. It's easy to focus on maintaining form and alignment whilst doing yoga, but i often catch myself slouching in my seat. Thanks so much! These videos are a great boon for someone who can't get into a studio regularly anymore!
