First session with you. My thanks. it challenged me and got me sweating, not used to the pace, but really enjoyed the flow and moves. It will be a while before i master the handstand! Wishing you all the best. x
Excellent flow. One of the best I've seen on UA-cam. Content gets a A++ but the format could use a little tweeking. I think you left your camera on auto focus since you went blurry and clear a couple of times. Also the video is a bit dark. A gold reflector would help a lot to take the darkness out. I would hang a cloth behind you to remove the room distraction. If you wanted to really play with it, you could get a green cloth (green screen) behind you and then put any background you want behind your practice. Your video content is very excellent and is 90% of the video and the format was a B+ which is for only 10% of the video.
Great class as always!!! Keep up the good work! :D PS: I'm taking vinyasa classes 3 times a week (for the past 2 months) and I have problem staying on warrior poses (especially 1 and 2) or some lunges..I'm losing my balance or my quads getting tired really quick...I changed my leg workout with my trainer but still haven't seen any improvement...so any advise would be helpful... :) A big thanks too The Lean Machines too cause I discovered you threw them)
+Demosthenes V thanks for following! i would try doing a more simple hatha style practice where all you do is standing poses and see how long your leg muscles feel comfortable supporting you. remove the cardio vascular element then you will be able to tell if it is more strength related or conditioning related!
Patrick and Carling Thank you for answering :D I will try some hatha on my own cause we don't actually have in my gym or in yoga studios in the area I live...after I heal up from the pulled hamstrings I got from splits hahaha Keep on the good videos and flow and thank you again!
