Thanks so much for this video Patrick, I usually do the 8 minute ab workouts by passion for profession and I've noticed that my obliques are not as strong as most other areas of my core. In this challenge I really felt the burn with all the twists (especially the last one, I was struggling to lift my left side all the way up. I'll definitely be adding this in every week or so to correct the imbalance in my core. On another note, do you have any tips or progressions for the press handstand. I've been watching your videos for a while now and appreciate what you and Carling do so much. Much love from one of your younger viewers!
Hi Patrick. That for the 🆒 but exhausting workout. It was 🔥. The exercises look easy until you do them. My core is sore. I will redo some this evening and hopefully get them right. Thanks for the video 🙏🏿

Great video....slightly struggled with the leg raises near the beginning as my lower back kept wanting to lift despite trying to suck my belly in - so quite weak core. is there a modified version of this part i can work on until I am strong enough to do the leg raises? many thanks in advance :)

can yoga help explosiveness and jumping if so can u do a session targeting those aspects
