    Thanks meatman for the easy recipe! Just speaking for myself - I find 100gram of barley is too much as the dessert became too thick with too much 料 😂 so for those who want to have more soup, can reduce the barley 😄

    I thought should add rock sugar last?

      sulasno add first so the barley and beancurd skin can absorb the sweetness

      sulasno it should be added last if you're adding to the shine
