Mine broke down within a few days of ownership and is back with Tissot, a friend of mine is a watch maker and when I described the fault it had developed he was very surprised as these movements are usually very robust according to him and everything I've read about the valjoux chrono. Very disappointing to spend almost 2k euros and have to take it back to the dealership already. I'm glad I bought it with an official Tissot dealer and not gray market.
This (the blue version) is now my favorite piecesnd i do own plenty other watches including the R ones. The looks are just so cool and that chronograph is so snappy, wow! I do have an almost 8 inch wrist though.
I really appreciate the half body shots "out in the wild" too many videos just show the watch from 10 inches away with only the wrist showing, it's really hard to gauge how the watch actually wears without context
@@Professional_UA-cam_Commenter agonising is a bit of an exaggeration. all these shots were on tripod so theoretically he could have done it himself. Point is its possible, most channels don't do it and thats why I said I appreciate it
I just got that and it looks just brilliant and I usually only lay my eyes on JLC and VC.

This watch looks INCREDIBLE! However, as an owner of PRX quartz myself, the price of this seems too high in comparison. I know its still an amazing value for money compared to other chrono offerings under 2k, but the value that quartz version provides is so good that it makes chrono seem very expensive.
@@cechzc1u That's not true. This is one of the cheapest automatic chronos on the market. You definitely can find some Tissot chronos under 1k, but older models on grey market dealers. And they are usually the ones that noone wants, ugly and massive over 45mm. But even those are hard to find. Various watches with the ST19 movement also exist - probably the cheapest way to get into a mechanical chrono in the market, with some models at around 200bucks - but it is not automatic, only manual-winding and it is just a 30minute chrono. If we are talking brand new swiss automatic chronos, this is definitely one of the less expensive out there. And we need to take into consideration that this one is actually a 12h chrono - some are just 1h.
it the bracelet thicker than the normal PRX automatic? I have that, and the bracelet is pretty thin, seems like you'd need a bit thicker one to handle the added heft. Stunning watch!

I got the reverse blue panda, and it's so beautiful, sometimes I forget I'm checking the time and I just look at the dial like a dumbass.

It's pretty hard to get those shots. Needs two people and the youtuber channel needs to hire a person to model it

Oh I 100% think the chrono is worth it. A 7753 movement, better finishing, a unique dial and it feels more solid having helt them side by side.
You can’t get an an automatic movement chronograph for below 1.8k in any brand. That’s the industry rock bottom price for an automatic chronograph
