Smart looking new truck, I can understand why you have made the switch. Looking forward to more scrap car collections from tight streets in the near future
You're a great ambassador for Trent. Just wish that they had more of the parts I need from time to time. Wish I had the time and money to do a few project cars too
Hi Kev another great enthusiastic video. Looking forward to more to come in the new truck. I see the Trent Wagon around Loughborough all the time and everytime I see it I think "Kev" you are the mr "Hoover" of Trent's 🤣😂
Hi Kev, nice new truck and nice new adventures, hopefully shorter working day for you!! Looking forward to your different content, keep up the good work and keep safe! 🙂👍🚛
You look so happy with your new truck at least with all the safety like the extra lights you be safer good video you can tell I don't know much about trucks
The airbars are a smart idea. Definitely a extra "barrier" to get a slap & tickle 😂 And makes sense going to the smaller Renault to prevent just doing auction depot to yard
Weirdly I am glad you're back in a Renault I did enjoy your content when you were going to weird and wonderful places but also into built up areas where the Scania would have struggled to get through.
Great to hear you’re getting some new challenges and a new toy to play with. You’re clearly a valued member of the Trent team and a great ambassador for them, I’m sure you getting the flexibility as I’m sure others do pays off in spades in terms of loyalty but I’m also sure they also consider the huge amount of advertising etc your channel brings them in PR that would cost many times your salary to earn.
The airbars look a great addition . One of the lads where I work got hit with a wing mirror when he was using a taillift . Nasty bruising where you sit if you know what I mean
Well, looks like there's a bit of Italy too on that truck... the winch! 💪 Made by V.I.M.E., near Bologna. Just spotted the label on it and lifted an eyebrow when read captions in Italian. Great content as always Kev!
Like the new truck! Love the air bar lights ❤ I found that carrying a lump of 4x2 under my arm had the desired effect. Amazing how people couldn't see me in high viz, but noticed a dark lump of wood 😅
Sounds like you’re new truck 🛻 has air suspension fitted ? As that’s what I use to love about the old B & C Volvo Citybuses we use to have years ago as the air suspension was absolutely 💯 epic but ALL B10Ms were FANTASTIC to work on & travel on. So glad Renault have finally moved ahead with the times Buddy. 👍
Hi kev,so I'd like to say I'm glad you are making this change as I did enjoy the content in the first 4 car transporter you used to make, good to see the suspension will be 💯 better in this truck that the other Renault,I'd like to say if anyone from tents management are reading this a massive thankyou for allowing our kev to switch trucks to get better content for all his fantastic followers 😂👌🙂👍
Love the new truck Kev, far better than your previous Renault, that deck is unreal, I sensed those Co-part runs were getting boring long ago, I think this is a good move for you, I used to enjoy you pulling cars up driveways, All The Best from Oregon.
Top vlog Kev…..great move to more interesting content, and no harm in a Renault over a Scanny, it’s a truck, and it’s a job, that pays the bills 👍👌🇮🇲. Ps those Airbars are a great idea…..👍👍👍
the Renault trucksare driver friendly, i enjoyed my owner driver premium, I think the Scania is designed more around ease of workshop repairs and it wears the drivers hips and arms out after many years of use, however the volvo smashes them all its like working a Cadillac all day. i was always exhausted after Scania hauls with the old style 32 gears H and L , looking forward the Renault videos
Loved your content with the renault a few years ago hopefully you have the camera at the back of the truck so we can see you driving than just a dashcam footage video just a suggestion looking forward to the content mate
Hi Kev, I still look out for you on the road, still in my 15 plate Scania P410, if I put the heater on the screen it steams up rather than clearing😳 I also get bounced around especially in the quarries, the heated seat is bliss on a frosty day 🥰 have a good week
would like to know where your yard is & do you see to the members of the public ? hope fully you do because I like the back ground picture all thoughs cars waiting to go in the shedder .
Thank goodness you have air suspension on that thing. I used to wince in all that bobbing about you did in the first Renault😂 as you say, it should be more interesting work for you and us....thanks
I really dig the Renault, love the looks of them. and what a coincidence the first pickup of the day was also a renault (scénic). The video description seems to not have changed with the truck thoguh. Would love to see the adventures of your new truck!
Nice one Kev T with your new ride but do you ever get any nightmare flashbacks to the bad old days delivering to Central London and having to unload yourself?
Do they still christen all new trucks using old engine oil? Hope none got into the air intake. PS: Beware of new lights fitted to working areas. Along with shorter working days, they'll be double shifting in to work at night!
Nice new truck and handy gadgets too nice vlogg but there's one question what happened to your model truck build did you complete it as can't find anymore vloggs ???
@@KevTee With the job you do you do not get a lot of time at home to do stuff ☹️☹️looking forward to seeing her get finished keep up the good vloggs 👍👍
Liking the new truck, a bit crap how the levers to raise and lower the bed are STILL on the o/s, forcing the operator to stand in traffic, simple changes could save lives.
My company has a 2016 renault D series recovery truck, i absolutely love driving it however the headlights are dangerously dark, is that the same for all the D series or is this something that can be fixed?
Hey kev. Looks a fancy truck. What dose it weigh in empty and how much weight can you carry. Needs a fancier beacon bar with more flashing lights. Good luck with it.
do we get a 2 for 1?!! 1/2 the number of cars. which catagory licence is needed for that Kev? as theoretically a C1+E unloaded apart from a car on the spec lift for example / C+E when fully loaded, with E being the highest weight due to a car being over 750kgs.
Good night kev u love you and your new transporter glad it's been up dated with better safety equipment than your scania please keep up 🎉good work on your videos
Congratulations on the New Truck Kev. Looking forward to
the new adventures you’ll be sharing with us in it.
Like your new truck, looking forward to your latest adventures.👍
Nice "wheels," Kev! Yeah; I enjoyed this vlog & look forward to seeing many more! 👍🙂
I agree - this is awesome. I love the countryside madness!
Love the new upgrades to the truck Kev. Looking forward to all the adventures yet to come.
Looking forward to seeing your finds in your new truck.Have a great week xx

Nice wagon great for your new adventures.......
Nice new truck kevtee, I'm looking forward to seeing alot more content like in the old Renault
Hi Kev, nice new truck and nice new adventures, hopefully shorter working day for you!! Looking forward to your different content, keep up the good work and keep safe! 🙂👍🚛
I like that dessicion. It looks like these videos are getting more interesting again, despite I love the Scania so much more.
Nice truck mate, that lil scenic must've been used more recently than 15 years - last MOT was April 2019 at about 182,000 miles
Yeah the 15 year comment was tongue in cheek because it had been sat around a while
Those airbar things u would never ever get bored of them extending and retracting they are fantastic
They are fun, especially when cars are squeezing past and you pop them out 😂😂
Hi kev as always a great video thankyou again take care 😘👍
You look so happy with your new truck at least with all the safety like the extra lights you be safer good video you can tell I don't know much about trucks
The airbars are a smart idea. Definitely a extra "barrier" to get a slap & tickle 😂

Looking forward to watching some good videos
Weirdly I am glad you're back in a Renault I did enjoy your content when you were going to weird and wonderful places but also into built up areas where the Scania would have struggled to get through.
A very good Monday morning to you sir
Those airbars are a brilliant safety feature, can't wait to see them used on the job
Awesome video as always buddy from Alan in Lowestoft buddy 👍 😊

Always been a fan of the ZF gearboxes. Most of our buses use them. The Voith fitted ones are a lot rougher.

Cheers mate, looking forward to the more challenging content 👍
Hi Kev have seen the Renault in Belle Coachworks yard in Lowestoft having the body put on it glad your pleased with it keep those wheels turning
Good choice Kev - nice truck, better work, and I'd guess shorter working day? Look forward to the new content - Good Luck!
I guessed the make of the Truck correctly nice one Kev 😊
Love the cars and different routes in the Renault
Oh that’s why i haven’t seen you out and about, I’ve been looking out for the scania 😂
I’ll have to remember you’re in a Renault now.
I like the new lorries kev keep the video coming

Keep an eye out for you 👀
@@KevTee the big poppy and green LIZZIE nameplate should be easy to spot😂😂
Oh my god the kids in the sweet shop . . . 😂😂
We've got 60 Renault's on our fleet at work.
14 D10's, great wee workhorses.
They don't have the luxury of front air though.
Cracking wee truck I passed my class 2 in one
Well done grate fun 😊
Very cool airbars
Nice motor mate
would like to know where your yard is & do you see to the members of the public ? hope fully you do because I like the back ground picture all thoughs cars waiting to go in the shedder .
The Renault is the perfect middle ground between the 3.5t and scania
Thank goodness you have air suspension on that thing. I used to wince in all that bobbing about you did in the first Renault😂 as you say, it should be more interesting work for you and us....thanks
Very cool!
Thank you 👍👍

Yeah ill change the description but didn't want to give away too much 😂
Love to come out for one day with you. I live in Barnstaple.
Great vlog
Keep Good job 😊
Nice one Kev T with your new ride but do you ever get any nightmare flashbacks to the bad old days delivering to Central London and having to unload yourself?
Nice truck Kev but where’s the remote to operate wirelessly instead of the manual controls?
Scania 🔛🔝
Great move to the Renault again Kev. I'd always substitute satisfying jobs, varied locations, and good hours over a fancy truck any day of the week.
Are Trents selling the old Renaults they had? Or have they gone back to a finance company Or back to Belle in P-Ex? Would be interested in buying one.
The 3 new renaults are in addition to the existing fleet mate 👍
Looks nice truck better for you not as many hours mate Cheers
Kev, the pneumatic indicators, can they be used to stop cyclists sliding down your left hand side as you are turning left?
I imagine they will make them jump when they do 😂😂
Do they still christen all new trucks using old engine oil? Hope none got into the air intake.
PS: Beware of new lights fitted to working areas. Along with shorter working days, they'll be double shifting in to work at night!
Nice truck kev
Nice new truck and handy gadgets too nice vlogg but there's one question what happened to your model truck build did you complete it as can't find anymore vloggs ???
If we next go into lockdown I'll finish it 😂
@@KevTee With the job you do you do not get a lot of time at home to do stuff ☹️☹️looking forward to seeing her get finished keep up the good vloggs 👍👍
Atleast your ramps seem quicker on this new Renault
Sooooo much quicker 😂
I love it
Liking the new truck, a bit crap how the levers to raise and lower the bed are STILL on the o/s, forcing the operator to stand in traffic, simple changes could save lives.
They are on the near side mate......
Nice
My company has a 2016 renault D series recovery truck, i absolutely love driving it however the headlights are dangerously dark, is that the same for all the D series or is this something that can be fixed?
I agree, the headlights are terrible after a couple of years, we had new headlights fitted to the older Renaults.
Nice truck kev
Another great video has always kev 👍
Spotted today on the M27 😂
Nice truck but still got the pointless slide across passenger window 😮
That Station road you are in my part of the woods. I keep my eye open for you.
The camera view from behind you was OK tbh kev and do love the driving footage especially in the tight lanes and streets etc😬👍
Did you see Jezza over Chipping Norton
17:27 Are those hooks load rated? They do not look suitable for the job.
They are purpose made for that particular application and come supplied from the company that built the body.
Get ready to be Towed a lot Kev 😂 Our company had 3 of them for a year I don't see them anymore 🤦
We've had several, last batch were 2019 and they've been mostly trouble free
New toy yes please.
Why couldn't the decks be remotely operated, would seem safer?
Hey kev. Looks a fancy truck. What dose it weigh in empty and how much weight can you carry.
Needs a fancier beacon bar with more flashing lights. Good luck with it.
Thanks mate 10 tonner unloaded, gross is 16 tonne 👍
More beaconnnnnns
You have a Volvo FH thats a collection rig.... only seen one in the vids... whats the deal with it?
They run Volvo fm transporters from the Rugby depot, we needed an extra truck in Poole and one of the volvos was going spare.
Great video is it a Volvo engine?
Not sure to be honest mate
no longer the diamond of death?
6:35 thats a scenic btw not an espace. nice truck too!
you never told us if you had a works christmas party and how it was
It’s not how big it is, it’s what you do with it.
Honey I shrunk the truck 🙂
😂😂
🌴🌳😊🌹🥀🥀🌹😊🌳🌴🥀🌹😊🌳
It shame that tablet don’t have satnav mate that be even better 😊
do we get a 2 for 1?!! 1/2 the number of cars. which catagory licence is needed for that Kev? as theoretically a C1+E unloaded apart from a car on the spec lift for example / C+E when fully loaded, with E being the highest weight due to a car being over 750kgs.
Definitely not a C1 mate, she's a 16 tonner gross, so C without a car on the spec and C+E with 4 cars loaded 👍
Gone from a Scania to a Volvo
Renault Scenic NOT Espace Kev !!!
Yeah close enough 😂😂
Could have washed the new truck first.
I tried but failed to get the pressure washer working 😂
Good night kev u love you and your new transporter glad it's been up dated with better safety equipment than your scania please keep up 🎉good work on your videos
That truck beats Luke c truck any day 🤣🤣🤣
Haha his might bigger but we got air bars 😂😂
@@KevTee that's very true kev 🤣🤣🤣
So the Renault has become a Citroen Xantia?!! The Scenic (not Espace!) had 182k at its last mot in 2020! Great new adventures in 2024
😂😂
