Good to hear grand master WSL to explain why you always keep one hand at chest level to protect; his demonstration on what you should do when you use WRONG Ban Sau OR Gan Sau are valuable. Wing Chun is easy to learn the forms but takes many many years to master with practice. Thank you so much to post the video.

@@jacobharris954 Yip Man wouldn't have used the word "wrong" as he taught Lok Yiu or Leung Shan. This is a malaprop as the word 'wrong" and "cross" are phonetically the same but with profoundly different meaning, the wc axiom of [錯非真錯], already had caution all practitioner not to confused the word. Wong "left the nest" too early to open his own school, thus, he had to figure a lot of wc stuff on his own. And, this is the consequent. I just turned 70, been practicing for 55 yrs , growing with 5 Yip Man disciples. Don't argue with and pay heed.

U r lucky to learn d dummy from WSL. He's d one of d few wc ppl who does it correctly. 99% of d WC masters experts & sifus do NOT know how to executevd moves correctly. It is NOT just banging away w force. WSL & d original seniors learned d correct way.
