To even make it more clear, delete the first harmonic of saw wave with wavetable editor in vital itself, then level up the sine osc even more and you have a clear sub with unison saw wave that doesnt have phase issues
You can also erase the fundamental of the Saw wave in the Wavetable editor, leave the transpose as it is and add another saw one oct up on top of it and then make another sinewave below that goes direct out
