after i did all of the steps my phone still boots to a "please lock bootloader" then will continue on the no command page .. the process is just looping .. please help

Great video. But tbh That new security really fucks up things for ppl in my situation. My dad died two years ago and took his passwords with him but left 3 of his smart phones. Google has been terrible to work with and has yet to give me and or family any passwords. If anyone's knows of any ways to unlock a Nexus and a pixel 4, Samsung Galaxy tablet. Lmk
