This is Victoria Records in Monterrey, Mx. This one is truly special, Ale is using a pick, a rare moment, Pau with those epic drum fills, And Dany's voice has matured with such powerful vocals. All of the songs on their Mayday EP are pretty much good hard rock with the exception of "Choke", it's still powerful but it's slightly on the dark side, it's about drowning in your emotions. The Warning are truly an amazing band. You can check out "Evolve" from this same session, I'm pretty sure you'll love that one, I know I do.
I got my VIP tickets for their January 29 performance at the Complex in Salt Lake City. I am so excited to finally get the opportunity to see them live after following and supporting them since mid 2015.
They blew me away when I saw them in Florida in November. I am seeing them again in LA in a few weeks and then again in Minneapolis. The energy live is off the charts. Better catch up on all the songs on Mayday since it sounds like the will be the majority of what they play live since they are promoting their new album. as others have said they also did Choke and Evolve in this same studio and they shouldnt get blocked. As you see Ale was actually using a pick for once and that is her brand new 5 string Spector bass that she got at the start of recording this album/EP when they were in NJ last year for 3 months. AND they are or have released a 4 string bass in Ales name that looks almost identical to that one. the color is called Ales' Inferno. Dany is playing her new PRS that she recieved almost a year ago. They will be bringing their OWN gear on the tour as they are driving for all the dates. All 6 songs on the EP are great and fairly hard like this. And the song Martirio is in Spanish. Hey! Long time, no see. Great you are getting back into The Warning. Shame on you haha. Dany's vocals have improved as she has so much more range now. Their sound can be described as heavier than most on their last album but distinctively it is The Warning. The Mayday EP has 6 great songs. If you liked Animosity, you will love the rest equally as you know yourself The Warning are not capable of writing a bad song. Better get reacting quickly if you are going to the live concerts. Do not forget Enter sandman 2021 to react to as it is not on the Mayday EP. This is their recent rendition for Metallica's Blacklist album. Good to see you back, Luniversed! What you will notice on this whole EP is that have really figured out how important each member of a power trio is. Ale's bass playing is brought much more to the forefront, and not only holding down the rhythm, but also adding to the melody and harmony of each song. Dany's voice has matured to the pint of incredible! Her guitar playing has really blossomed and really adds more color and texture to each song. Pau has retuned her drums for a deeper more powerful sound, and her playing has elevated to a whole new level! I think working with a very experienced producer, David Bendeth, helped them achieve the fullness of sound they have been striving for. My recommendations to you are Disciple and Evolve. They seem to less likely to be blocked for reactors than the others on the EP. I also recommend their complete remake of Enter Sandman for the Metallica Blacklist Album. This is Victoria Records in Monterrey, Mx. This one is truly special, Ale is using a pick, a rare moment, Pau with those epic drum fills, And Dany's voice has matured with such powerful vocals. All of the songs on their Mayday EP are pretty much good hard rock with the exception of "Choke", it's still powerful but it's slightly on the dark side, it's about drowning in your emotions. The Warning are truly an amazing band.
You can check out "Evolve" from this same session, I'm pretty sure you'll love that one, I know I do.

They blew me away when I saw them in Florida in November. I am seeing them again in LA in a few weeks and then again in Minneapolis. The energy live is off the charts. Better catch up on all the songs on Mayday since it sounds like the will be the majority of what they play live since they are promoting their new album. To answer your question about the new Mayday LP, yes it’s heavier and all six songs are next level amazing…with six more already recorded and coming s👀n!
as others have said they also did Choke and Evolve in this same studio and they shouldnt get blocked. As you see Ale was actually using a pick for once and that is her brand new 5 string Spector bass that she got at the start of recording this album/EP when they were in NJ last year for 3 months. AND they are or have released a 4 string bass in Ales name that looks almost identical to that one. the color is called Ales' Inferno. Dany is playing her new PRS that she recieved almost a year ago. They will be bringing their OWN gear on the tour as they are driving for all the dates. All 6 songs on the EP are great and fairly hard like this. And the song Martirio is in Spanish. Dany's vocals have improved as she has so much more range now. Their sound can be described as heavier than most on their last album but distinctively it is The Warning. The Mayday EP has 6 great songs. If you liked Animosity, you will love the rest equally as you know yourself The Warning are not capable of writing a bad song.
Better get reacting quickly if you are going to the live concerts. Do not forget Enter sandman 2021 to react to as it is not on the Mayday EP. This is their recent rendition for Metallica's Blacklist album. They were invited by Metallica to do a version of Enter sandman and done it in 1 week to meet the deadline. Truly amazing. I highly recommend getting a ticket to one of their shows for the upcoming North American Tour while you still can. I was bummed to find out you had to leave before TW took the stage that night. I hope you got that stomach issue resolved. I am going to both The Troubadour shows with my 4 of my 5 kids. The other one lives in Seattle and is going to the show there. Good to see you back, Luniversed! What you will notice on this whole EP is that have really figured out how important each member of a power trio is. Ale's bass playing is brought much more to the forefront, and not only holding down the rhythm, but also adding to the melody and harmony of each song. Dany's voice has matured to the pint of incredible! Her guitar playing has really blossomed and really adds more color and texture to each song. Pau has retuned her drums for a deeper more powerful sound, and her playing has elevated to a whole new level! I think working with a very experienced producer, David Bendeth, helped them achieve the fullness of sound they have been striving for.
My recommendations to you are Disciple and Evolve. They seem to less likely to be blocked for reactors than the others on the EP. I also recommend their complete remake of Enter Sandman for the Metallica Blacklist Album. It will not be blocked at all.

Let me just say that this is one of my least favorite songs on the new EP and believe when I say that this does not mean much considering the sustained high quality of the entire EP.
