Fossen går i ca. 1 time til.
Every evening during the "Marispelet" an annual outdoor theater play at the edge of the cliff, the otherwise dry waterfall is released to give the play a realistic feel. With a free fall of 104 meters, it gives a lot of sound effects and the "smoke" from roaring waterfall rises above the edge for the public to see . Here my phantom 4 follows the flood down from the bridge above Kvitingfoss to the Rjukanfossen where the play is held.
It opens at Frøystul power plant and it is calculated approx. 40 min. until the waters flood over the edge and reach the Rjukan Falls. It is calculated to reach the edge about. 21.50 when "Marispelet" is at its dramatic highlight. The waterfall runs for approx. 1 hour more.

Ohhhh...you caught the water newly headed down-mountain. Wow!! I just realized that at 4:00.
So exquisite and mesmerizing! I can only imagine how fresh the air is there. So, the play must be at the bottom of the falls somewhere. It looks way too steep where you filmed to have a play and an audience.
I saw your bright red vehicle at the end. :)

Actually, it's on the top. You can see a glipse of it at. 4.31 in the top corner to the right :-)

@@mrtobbs Oh! I didn't even notice it before - too focused on the water. :)

@@mrtobbs Wow - the actors have to mind their spots or over they go. :D What a setting for a play! The stage looks a bit wet - maybe from waterfall overspray.
