I just found your videos and my doctors have strongly recommended for me to do chair exercises so this is great! I like the fact that you show a slower speed. I have been in a wheelchair for 11 years and have not worked out since. Before being disabled, I walked for miles every day and, in some years, worked out at the gym. I didn't know about chair exercises and I'm looking forward to getting fit!

Thanks, Paul, for another great wheelchair workout! Two things I especially like about this one: (1) It's short. I like all the wheelchair vids of all lengths, but sometimes I'm in the mood for a short workout. Until now, I think the only other short one was the "pizza slices" episode. Great to have another option for short workouts. (2) I like that you show the fast and slow ways of doing the moves. Although I always feel free to go fast or slow as I like anyway, it feels more inclusive to actually show viewers the slow option. Keep up the great work inspiring us to live healthier lives!
I am adjusting to a new work schedule, i have been out of exercising regularly for...months.....this was great, I did it standing up and it was a good start along with the 8 min strength training vid i found with you. Thanks again my friend! Work In Progress!! Praise the Lord!

I belive with whole heart that i will walk again, pain free. Havent walked in ten yrs . I can walk about 10 steps with a walker. I love this workout! I'm 3 weeks post op from bariatric surgery and I can do this! 3x a week so far this week - it's awesome!
