Hi! I'm a tourism marketing consultant and I'm seriously considering this plugin to use with me clients and join the club but I do have one question: Regarding rates, can I use dynamic rates, based on occupancy instead of seasonal? Dynamic rates are better for optimising revenue for hotels with more than 10 rooms. Also, is it possible to create derived rates? Such as Rate X is 10%or€ more than Rate Y, so I can create BAR rates, with one base and the other room types are just derived but that one?

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but our plugin doesn't currently have the functionality that allows you to work with such dynamic rates, unfortunately. And there's no way to create derived rates too. Our plugin works with regular static rates with an option to set price variability. Prices may depend either on the number of guests or the number of booked nights. But we definitely keep that in mind for future plugin releases if we receive more similar questions or requests from other customers. Thank you!
Hi !nI have bought the motopress bookig pluggin! The problem is that still i don't know how to add availabilities ! For example how to add 2 different available dates for the same suite? How to add available dates 3-21 of July and 24-27 of July for the same suite?
Hello there! Thank you for your question. Please be informed that the property availability in our Hotel Booking plugin is created by a few important configuration points. First of all, under Accommodation > Seasons you create seasons that will be used to specify the period when your accommodation types will be bookable. Then, under Accommodation > Rates, you create rates for each accommodation type that you have, where add previously created season(s). This allows you to set nightly prices for your property. And last but not least, you generate at least one accommodation (unit) per each accommodation type because that's accommodations that get booked by your guests, not entire accommodation types that may have many different accommodations.
Guests cannot reserve the same day when they go past 4PM, where can I change the time zone? I already changed it from WordPress settings but the UTC server time continues to appear
Hello, Jose! Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue with our Hotel Booking plugin. But if you're saying that your server time continues to appear, then you need to make sure your server and your website use the same timezone. You can check your server's timezone when you log into your cPanel (the control panel from your hosting provider) or contact your hosting provider for them to do it for you.
I am using Hbook and Hosthub. Synch is via iCal as hbook doe snot have an API. Does Hosthub synch using the API when connecting to your plugin? Also if I move to MotoPress hotel booking Pro is there a way to import existing data from hbook?

Additionally, with regards to Hbook, we do not have an integration with this plugin that would enable you to import your bookings and other data from it into our Hotel Booking plugin, unfortunately.
Hi! I kind of need an urgent answer.
I'm a Web Developer considering to purchase the Premium of the Hotel Booking plugin.
I do have a question regarding Accommodations. If I have 6 villas in total, (which are all the same and each fits 6 people), but I have 5 different prices per booking (2, 3, 4, 5, 6 guests).
If someone books the first offer (2 people), how will I tell the next costumer that there are 5 other villas available that can also be booked for 2 people if that's what they want? Thank you in advance!
Hello there! Thank you for your question and your interest in our Hotel Booking plugin. Our plugin is designed to work with both accommodation types (room types) and accommodations (rooms/units). Accommodation types are used to represent properties on a website, while accommodations are used in the backend only. Accommodations are the specific units that guests book, as opposed to accommodation types, which may have multiple accommodations. This means that accommodation types can be booked multiple times for the same or overlapping dates, based on the accommodations (units) assigned to them. For instance, you can create a single accommodation type for a property and then assign 6 accommodations to it, allowing guests to book the accommodation type 6 times for the same or overlapping dates. Please be informed that there's a special "Display per-night prices in the availability calendar" option in the plugin setting that you may enable to display your nightly prices in your availability calendars. It can be found under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Display Options section > Availability Calendar.
