First, make sure you have at least one valid season under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Seasons. Second, make sure you have a rate per accommodation type under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Rates. Accommodation-type rates should list all your seasons. That's how you set nightly seasonal prices for your properties. Lastly, make sure your accommodation types have accommodations under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Accommodations. Accommodations are physical units of accommodation types. This is what gets blocked when your website visitors make bookings on your website. However, we have an add-on called WooCommerce Payments, which allows you to connect any WooCommerce-compatible payment gateway to the plugin: motopress.com/products/hotel-booking-woocommerce-payments/. So in case iOL Pay can be used with the WooCommerce plugin, you should be able to use it with our Hotel Booking plugin with the help of our WooCommerce Payments add-on.

Multiple accommodations in the same booking can be reserved for the same dates only. But for different dates, your website visitors need to place separate bookings.

For you to be able to work with custom templates for your accommodation-type pages, you need to open Elementor settings and make sure the "Accommodation Types" option is enabled for "Post Types" on the "General" tab. As for monthly payments, I'm afraid our Hotel Booking plugin works with nightly bookings and payments only. If you wish, you may set a minimum and maximum stay rule to 30 or 31 nights for your winter season. But the plugin will still calculate prices and display them as "for 30 or 31 nights" and not "for a month". So, in this case, some basic styles such as field sizes, margins, padding, font sizes, etc., may vary from theme to theme and from website to website.
