RIU Palace Peninsula Review (VILLAS) | My First Trip to Cancun, Mexico [VLOG]

- We traveled to Cancun, Mexico for 3 days - at the villas at the RIU Palace Peninsula. We went shopping in downtown Cancun, had plenty of amazing food and drinks, and most important - learned to relax.

If we had had more time, I would have wanted to do SO much more - like visiting Chichen Itza, Tulum, Coba, or many of the other Mayan establishments around the area. I also give an overview of the villas at the RIU Palace Peninsula in Cancun, which is where we stayed.
(So sorry about the sound of some of the videos, it was very windy and I did not bring my normal microphone.)

Great vid , I stayed at the Riu palace costa mujeras in March and loveddddd it ! Going back in 2 weeks for Mother’s Day and staying at the peninsula ( villa) thanks for the video
Have so much fun! The villas are definitely the way to go. I am a Riu fan now and would stay there in other places too, I'll have to check out the Costa Mujeres someday.

Does the villa's exclusive pool have a bar? 🤩 or waiter service? 💖 thank you!
So we were there just after COVID so it was slightly different but yes there was a waiter, but no separate bar. There is also liquor in your room.
Looks so nice! Thinking about booking a stay there. Was the room service available or did they not offer it due to COVID? Also did they have the in room bottles of alcohol or again were they removed due to COVID? And do you mind telling me what you paid for your shuttle service?
You know...I didn't check on the room service, I am not sure if they are doing that. They did not have the bottles in the rooms though. They did a great job with safety though, and that was so important to me.
I believe our shuttle was around $20 per person per way.
How was the food? Is it just buffe?
There was a lunch buffet plus a bunch of restaurants. It is my first all-inclusive and I would say the food was 60-80%. Never amazing but so many options, and always good enough.
