- Hello Vw lovers and welcome back or welcome to my playlist DIY build.
Today is just a short video as a couple of people asked me if I could demonstrate to them how to replace this item they have purchased.
Noticing I had purchased one myself on my Instagram they inboxed me.
Please feel free to add me if you would like to or just would like to see some of my photos I upload.

Thank you Brenda. God bless you too
Looking really very nice good job !
Thank you Terry. Very appreciated 🙏
Short but fiddly job Jay. Made so much easier with your technical instruction.
We’re off to northern France in July next year to do the WW1 battlefield tour on The Somme, be a good outing for the channel, the drone , and the VW !!!
Hello Tony. Did you do yours? Love the feedback if so? Wow that sounds amazing. I am doing NC500 around late May / early June hopefully next year but that trip
Sounds awesome. I’m pretty experienced with battlefield tours but feel you are correct that the bus and drone would be amazing. Closer to the time if you don’t mind company I would and possibly my friends in their bus be willing to come? Would be over my birthday so would be a great experience 🙏
Yes mate for sure. We generally ship out from Portsmouth on the overnight boat to Le Havre, then stay up around Albert. The 1st July is the anniversary of the start of The Somme and we attend the commemoration ceremonies and spend a few days walking the front line. It’s a very sobering but awesome experience, but with a few beers thrown in for good measure. I normally rent a house somewhere in the area - I’m sure we can find somewhere with space for a couple of vans 😂😂😂👍👍👍
Think the seats look great. Not sure about the gator but it's your van and your style. It would be boring if we all liked the same look. Really looking forward to seeing the end results.
Hey Ian. Yeah very true mate. Thanks for your comment. Hope you like the finish product alittle more than the gator then. 😝👌
Very posh .. looking good now
Well thank you Claire. I’m happy with my progress so far 🙏
