Все 3 последних альбома - гениальные. Трудно сказать какой из них лучше. 93 - бомбический состав и соляки Энди Ла Рока, 95 - классика из классики, 98 - полная зрелость. Так что все три - вершина.
A Moment Of Clarity, Crystal Mountain, Misanthrope, Empty Words, Overactive Imagination, Flattening Of Emotion, etc, etc, etc... So many good solos. Emotional, powerful, soulful music.
I've never really listened to Death before as I don't really enjoy screaming, but these solos are extraordinary and some of the music behind sounds incredible. Thanks for uploading this
Friends, thanks for the comments, I did that it with all my heart. "A person is alive as long as he is remembered". I realize there are many more cool solos out there, but otherwise the video would have taken 30 minutes. If you like it, feed the UA-cam algorithms, put your fingers up. So that as much as possible of the new generation of metalheads learn about the talent and subtle soul of Chuck. Person lives as long as we remember him.
God all these solos run together so fucking well... He truly was a master of his craft. I can only hope to be as soulful with my music in the future ❤️

I wish I was as smooth at soloing as Chuck is and I started playing earlier than him but it must of came even more natural to him than me I can't move my fingers that fast lol but practice makes perfect they say!!
Learn the solo to Crystal mountain. It’s a good gateway into learning other death solos. It’s got a lot of the common elements of a death solo, but It’s a lot easier to play than some other ones.
For me Chuck's music has been just one fuckin step to appreciate big monsters such as Corelli, Brahms, De Bussie among anothers... In heaven we will look for each other.

yup!!! Let's not forget the solos of the other guitarists on all Death albums, too. Rick Rozz, James Murphy, Paul Masvidal, Andy LaRocque, Bobby Koelble, and Shannon Hamm. Yes, Chuck was the genius behind the music, but those leads by those other guitarists in the different versions of Death were brilliant in their own right! Chuck hired some great guitarists to complete each album! I really don't have a favorite guitarist of those albums. All of them fucking played insanely beautiful leads!!! Chuck arranged each album flawlessly!!

But nice selection overall - Empty Words, A Moment of Clarity, Without Judgement, Sacred Serenity are obvious amazing picks, but nice to see Bite the Pain (so intense), Perennial QUest and Zero Tolerance on here too. And great transitions from solo to solo! :)
A personal favourite of mine is the solo on see through dreams. The opening lick is so tasty and the rest of the solo feels epic but also emotional . Chuck was really great at making pure shred and speed sound very emotional
