He also doesn't drink, smoke, or anything like that now.

That said, it was a missed opportunity because he could have created some great conspiracies themes based on the idea of "J" representing a month, "20" representing 2020, and Hax being cyber-hacking incidents. He has a medical condition that makes him allergic to 95% of food, so he is on a strict paleo diet, meat and a handful of vegetables... And he does exercise ofc, but paleo is the reason why he can be so shredded.

When you picked up on the Oxfam bar, not to get all nationalistic, but it is something I've always recognised and appreciated about a lot of UK Hip-Hop over the years. Generally speaking UK Hip-Hop has shunned the rap stereotypes of supercars, supermodels and high fashion and has been more relatable to everyday people. I have noticed that, as UK Rap has become more commercialised in recent years some UK artists have started to fall into that trap but, even then, you'll rarely see a UK artists with 10 gold chains around their necks. To get away from making it too patriotic though, there is another analogy from outside of Hip-Hop. Back in the 1980s hard rock and heavy metal had a similar image to modern rap - it was all glamorous, beautiful women and expensive cars and bikes ands stuff. Then, in the early 90s, Nirvana and grunge appeared and basically stuck 2 fingers up at that, they would appear on stage in hand-me-down clothes and they totally shunned the glamour and the objectifying of women and, as a result, it made them instantly more relatable to everyday people and they went on to change the musical landscape. Basically, lots of musicians, not just rappers, go on about "keeping it real" and then proceed to go on about how great they are, how much money they have and how many girls they get but ACTUALLY keeping it real, to the extent that us normal folk can actually relate to it also, will always have a far greater impact in my view.

I just read in another reaction someone noticed this. If you look to the right before the camera goes back out of the car, you'll notice when the camera is outside there's a white car there that wasn't there on the inside part of the shot so there has to have been a cut there. Looking again now I think the blue bins on the right have gone as well
I expect he works out and lifts weights now not just because a lot of guys have an interest in it, but as part of his health restoration. there is probably underlying damage from the malnourishment during the phase he was throwing up all the time and because his diet became, and remains, limited. We can see how thin and weak he got at the worst of his illness, his ribs and spine are visible in the video for ‘Crutch’ and he doesn’t have visible muscle tone then either. So now he has had to rebuild as part of his recovery process. And despite looking so good, he still has symptoms and damage he is dealing with.
You can see one obvious cut when the camera pans from inside the car to outside, a white car appears on the right side of the street. Once you've seen it, you can never unsee it, which is a shame that they made that continuity error.

I was thinking that there were actually two pigs . One in front, driving who gets out of the car slightly before Ren and starts walking up the street opposite the target in order to distract him from Ren sneaking up behind him. Since you can see the second pig in the rear view mirror as the others get out of the car, he’s the one who opens the trunk of the car. Then they drive up the street to pick up the original driver pig who you see walking up to the end of the street.
