This resort is a holiday season all year around. As you only went to this center before leaving to go home, did you just stay in the hotel where they too are having renovations? Must be run down too. If the place is so run down, why not go to another resort. Centers like this may not have enough money in the pot, to renovate, because maybe people like you don't support it enough. When works takes place, of course it has to be done in real time.
