hiya, i had a similar setup in london,, one thing i never took into account were foxes,, i mean it was secure against foxes getting in, but one day i noticed feathers outside the mews,, i can only assume that my female flew down to the ground to confront the fox, as she mantled the feathers must have poked through the fence and the fox grabbed them,, luckily she was in moult and no lasting damage.. my male sensibly kept out the way. i just put some tarp along the bottom so that no feathers could poke through, and by doing that, she stayed on her perch if a fox or cat came into the garden as she couldnt see it if she flew down..stunning birds by the way..

Amazing video mate best setup for harris hawks I’ve ever seen do you ever close the box at night time or when it rains?
only if the temp gets below 0 other than that it’s open all the time. the hawks like the rain and probably use it more to get out the sun.
