Sitting beside the cop in his car: Get at least 2 wanted stars and when the cops come in the cars, get into the pursuit. Kill the second cop and let the driver live. Get 1 wanted star again. Keep this single cop behind you, don't loose him. You must end up making it such that the cop's car is stuck with an obstacle at the front, and that the driver seat side door of the car has a wall obstructing its opening. The cop will try to accelerate, but the car doesn't move because of the obstacle. Go near the car and hit enter. Tommy will enter the car but won't be able to pull the cop out. Instead he'll just go and sit beside the cop in the car with the door closed 😂. The cop can't harm you or bust you in this situation. Hit "leave me alone" and enjoy!
Back when i was in middle school, i had vice city. Me and my friends used to take turns going on rampages across the city with a list of cheat codes. I remember when we stumbled across getting the tank to fly for the first time, we had a ball trying to out run the police with a maxed out rating.😁

Really? Try Vice City Stories. I enjoyed it more than Vice City try PPSSPP Emulator it was fun! I love the storyline the cutscene better side-missions like the Empire missions they are fun!
There are some things I wished GTA V had, and I kinda wish GTA V had Scarface: The World Is Yours supply missions. I’m gonna admit, Scarface was a cool game, it was pretty terrifying when all the gang members had chainsaws and come charging at you and had no idea where the source of sound was coming from until they were slicing you dead, or you just noticed them. The supply missions were really satisfying whenever you got 10 Million Dollars from selling Coke. And if GTA 6 eventually comes released, I would want it to be set in Las Venturas and have the same supply missions as Scarface had. And earn millions from selling them, GTA Online was too much of a grind tbh
First do this when u are stealing some one car and in half animation of entering car pause the game write "big bang" like 15 or 10 times and write "aspirine" and than the car flying cheat code Than u can fly with cars in GTA VC like in GTA SA (Hope this will help u)
When I was younger I would just go to the bridge between the north point mall and prawn island and stand on the edge of the bridge til a boat came along lol had to time the jump just right or you miss the boat and drown

I’m turning 25 next year, time flies but memories never. GTA has been there with me, indescribable. Everything feels like yesterday.
There was one glitch in which you would attempt to car jack a golfer driving the golf cart near the golf club and once he/she car jacks you quickly re enter the vehicle thus the golfer driving and not you. Good way to just watch them drive around.

On ps2 I had a cop get on the bus and drive it off win he was in it stopped so he could get out to bust me and he didn't and I couldn't get out of the bus and they blew up the bus and I did not die and this is a glitch that I saw try it it works
On mobile version i had 2 glitches 1) flashy ground and all same cars and people Flashy ground means its flashing and undertextured Same cars all cars are identical to your car but with different colors Same people means that all pedestrians are all the same. Somehow all gangs are gone 2) falling and teleporting In certain parts of the map youll find a spot where the floor has small RGB color strips and sinks to the ground and its texture is bad You can find one at the hospital near ken's office and you can fall through it sometimes long some short and instantly teleport back near the glitch It can damage your health even if you have armor by 10

The cheat doesn’t work like the one from San Andreas. You can only take off the ground for a few seconds before immediately falling back down.
