बढ़िया विधि, धन्यवाद मांजी ..... जो लोग प्याज खाते हैं, वे लोग बघार तैयार करते समय राई, हींग, हरी मिर्ची और कढी पत्ते के बाद प्याज डाल कर 2-3 मिनट तक फ्राय करने के बाद भी थोड़ा सा पानी डाल कर उसमे खमन डाल सकते हैं | इस से भी प्याज का एक मजेदार स्वाद आता है |
