- Patra Recipe also known as the Alu Vadi is a stuffed rolled colocasia leaves snack that is popular in both Gujarati and Maharashtra cuisine. It is made using colocasia leaves that have a sweet and tangy gram flour mixture spread on them and rolled to form a pinwheel.

My Nani is 75 years old and she also works till now not only in home but also in business( despite having 5 child(2 daughter 3 son), 13(including daughters child & grandchild),4-great grand child) ... She doesn't need us for any work ...but whenever we visit her she gaves us strength... you people are great.....such an inspiration to world.... Speechless....
