God could careless about the government, his law is his law and it will never change. Now things have changed in society, however Gods law has not changed. The government can't change Gods law. If a man decides to follow God and his wife isn't with it he could put her away and she shouldn't get what he has, thats not how God wants it, it dosen't matter how you slice it.

For example: a man married a woman that represented herself as a virgin and then 5 years later discovers that she was with the whole town. He could have that marriage annulled as it was not a valid marriage due to her fraud. A divorce means that the marriage was valid but didn’t work out.

You can not get a license but if your with her for I think 5 years she's entitled to half regardless of the piece of paper. So unless your plan is to kick her out and find a new woman every 5 years your results would be the same

So, correct me if I'm wrong here, but this stance sounds to me like "don't get a marriage license if you want control over your wife." I'm not sure I understand completely. Here is my understanding : A marriage liscence is a contract where the husband and wife sign authority of their marriage over to the state. It is the voluntary forefitting of biblical commands regarding marriage roles of the couple. Christ should be the head of the husband and the husband should be the head of the wife. Satan loves contracts like this. He can use this as a stronghold for manipulation in both the wife AND the husband. Not just the wife. This argument is clearly coming from a place of resentment. A failed marriage isn't the fault of the marriage liscence. And it isn't the fault of one party. There's usually plenty of blame to go around. I do agree with the basic premise here. HOWEVER as a man who is getting married, shouldn't you do the homework before you choose to marry a woman? You shouldn't have to MAKE her godly. You should have married a godly woman. So my question is this: What makes marriage legal in the US? What makes marriage legal in the bible?
America is basically Neo Babylon. Gay marriage is a law of the land also but I don't think the Most High wants us to be cool with that. For me, the marriage license gives a woman power over a man and the large majority of women these days are fickle as fuck. Only loyalty is to themselves and there emotions. I WANT TO BE MARRIED but look at the divorce rates in this country. To big of a risk and I have much to lose. Good question though. It's something to think about.

In TX you can do a “marriage declaration” all you have to do is be living together as married and the man and women go to county office with IDs and sign a marriage declaration, you are declaring yourselves married without any 3rd party or marriage license. It is legal and binding. 😊

Prenups done outside the help of a lawyer or legal counsel usually get thrown out. Kitchen table prenups understandably get thrown out because they aren’t realistic or if the couple ends up having kids, they don’t put into account of the kids best interest.

In scripture a woman belongs to her father, she is not to be married until a man offers a bride price that her father would have to accept. A women couldn't even leave her fathers house until she is married. Once she is married she property of her husband. A marriage license proves your not already married, so therefor your legally allowed to get married. That is ALL. The marriage certificate proves that you got married. Secondly, neither the license nor the certificate plays any roll in what the wife or husband can receives in a divorce. Even if you never got married at all, if your living together and telling people your married, then your married, and everything will be split evenly in a divorce. So, the papers make no difference.

Now things have changed in society, however Gods law has not changed. The government can't change Gods law. If a man decides to follow God and his wife isn't with it he could put her away and she shouldn't get what he has, thats not how God wants it, it dosen't matter how you slice it.

You can not get a license but if your with her for I think 5 years she's entitled to half regardless of the piece of paper. So unless your plan is to kick her out and find a new woman every 5 years your results would be the same

I'm not sure I understand completely. Here is my understanding :
A marriage liscence is a contract where the husband and wife sign authority of their marriage over to the state. It is the voluntary forefitting of biblical commands regarding marriage roles of the couple. Christ should be the head of the husband and the husband should be the head of the wife. Satan loves contracts like this. He can use this as a stronghold for manipulation in both the wife AND the husband. Not just the wife. This argument is clearly coming from a place of resentment. A failed marriage isn't the fault of the marriage liscence. And it isn't the fault of one party. There's usually plenty of blame to go around. I do agree with the basic premise here. HOWEVER as a man who is getting married, shouldn't you do the homework before you choose to marry a woman? You shouldn't have to MAKE her godly. You should have married a godly woman. And having a marriage liscence is still something you can repent of and surrender back to God if you didn't realize the problem with it when you signed it. I don't think our people should involve the state, or the government in our marriages, I am all for abandoning traditional American marriage licences. However, there was a dowry paid by the husband TO the bride AND her family ( Isaac and Rebekah) before the marriage was made official. In TX you can do a “marriage declaration” all you have to do is be living together as married and the man and women go to county office with IDs and sign a marriage declaration, you are declaring yourselves married without any 3rd party or marriage license. It is legal and binding. 😊

I’m about to get “married” I don’t want a marriage license but I also have some concerns and it’s hard to find a female perspective.
My reasons
1) keeping Yahweh Elohim first
2) I refuse to let the state get any more power than it already has- we are not a corporation.
3) I’m transitioning to a Sovereign/national status
4) in the event of conscious uncoupling I would NOT want any Alimony, child support or money. I would not take what is “his”
5) I’m the bread winner and pay for everything anyway and take care of everything in the home
6) I want my children to have the same freedoms and never allow the government to have control over their rights
7) I currently work full time, maintain a homestead and will be homeschooling
The way my fiancé and I have chosen to go about this is legal in all 50 states, that I’m not worried about.

Yes true we are to obey the laws of the land, however we are also to obey Gods law and it overides government law and state law. In scripture a woman belongs to her father, she is not to be married until a man offers a bride price that her father would have to accept. A women couldn't even leave her fathers house until she is married. Once she is married she property of her husband. Women couldn't divorce then they weren't allowed, only the man can put away his wife so she woukd have to be with her father if he divorced the wife. Women didn't work and didn't own anything then.

A marriage license proves your not already married, so therefor your legally allowed to get married. That is ALL. The marriage certificate proves that you got married. Secondly, neither the license nor the certificate plays any roll in what the wife or husband can receives in a divorce. Even if you never got married at all, if your living together and telling people your married, then your married, and everything will be split evenly in a divorce. So, the papers make no difference.

Ummmm... I don't know how I feel about the women being equated to "children". What the problem is, is that you're talking about making your wife holy AFTER you've become one with her. Most women are very capricious, and are not used to being held accountable for their actions, which is why they are in considered child-like.
