This is kind of coincidental. Just got my summit up to temp put my spiral ham on and what to my wondering eyes appear. I have to put the beef short ribs on my to do list. It's 27 degrees here today but that's the nice thing about the summit, it's not scared. I peaked at sams they have 2 pack of the beef ribs 8.98 a lb around 70.00. It's been a while since I fired up the summit I had to refamiliarize myself with the lower settings. Your videos always inspiring. I'm curios to just do a burger or two would you just use a basket on the summit or kettle or use a smokey joe. I need a good set up for that purpose. @@johnknapp6328 Thanks John! Happy New Year 🎊 to you as well. For burgers on the Summit, I would use either the basket or get real fancy and use a cast iron skillet to make smash burgers. I really love those more and more each time I grill them. I need to do a video soon showing that process on the Summit. Glad to hear you got yours fired up. It’s in the twenties today in Texas and I have grill fever. We’ll see what I can thaw out and cook. lol. God bless.
