Patternmaking circle skirts - A quarter circle

Instructions in half-scale for making a pattern for a quarter circle skirt. Remember to add 2 x your seam allowance to the waist measurement or you will end up reducing your waist size by the seam allowance amounts.

So after you get the radius you just cut the full 90 degrees? I don't have to measure for an angle like in a 3/4?
