    Thank you very much. I discovered this from one of my very favorite books of musical treasures, "Greene's Biographical Dictionary of Composers." You may still be able to fetch a copy on Amazon for an affordable price used. I recommend it, least I can give you for this wonderful post. Cheers/Blessings/Hails/Peace
