Could you record a similar video for shooting pin shots from the back? Somehow I can't get used to doing push shots. Or would you recommend to avoid pin shots from the back and instead learn push shots?
Don't know how one would call them, but I started doing pushes that are shot not with the wrist but with the palm of your hand like you would do a front pint. These usually get quite well squared no matter how far you push them and are ridiculously fast. What's your opinion on those? Are they silly or should I actually be practicing something like that?
+Vidmantas Kerbelis There are many available positions for the opposing team where you can't score a squared shot, this is the advantage of using spray shots. The extra short time until the ball reaches the goal also makes it easier for the defense to follow them. This is my opinion
