So, I have a impact x mk2 700mm .25 cal, I purchased it a few months before release of the power plenum. I installed the new plenum, transfer port and pellet probe from Krale, I also replaced the liner with a superior STX. After installing the speed of jsb king heavy my speed dropped to 835 from 930. After your video I ordered the new slide and spring holder. I now have the reg down to 110 bar, the spring adjusted backed off and adjusted it to 970 FPM, just awesom. Thanks...
Morten Nissen look up FX Airguns, support, look up diagram of your gun. Find the part numbers you need, send email to serviceusa@fxairguns.com, in a day or so they will contact back with your list for OK, if you see what you need is there they will email you with an invoice, I do it thru PayPal, pay invoice and parts are sent.
Morten Nissen there are some parts for tuning, mostly for shooting slugs, a different spring and shims to increase power. The parts I referred to are just standard parts. The slide adjuster and spring seat I installed are now standard parts that all impacts come with.
I had a o-ring fail in the main block for the Huma Gen 3 regulator. Jammed the Hammer Spring Holder with the Huma Slug kit spring and Tungsten Hammer Weight. Very loud noise and all air drained out of the full 580. How can I un jam?
Would be really interesting to have a course/playlist on how to upgrade an original MK1 FX Impact to the latest spec MK2 Impact through just purchasing the newer parts (assuming it’s possible?).
Richard UK -you can upgrade to all the mk2 with power plenum parts, the most expensive is the pistol grip/front action. Don’t time to list all the parts yet
Wow what a huge difference that made!! Question.. when I run the adjuster all the way in and back it off so there is just a little play the spring is under quite a bit of preload. Do the new .30s and .35s actually run preload like that or are the backed off until there is play off the spring itself?
Joshua Kocher --> out of the box hammer are free floating with no preload. When you use high reg pressure shooting as fast as you can there lots of HS tension/preload.
--> more spring tension increase the hammer weight limitation. Have tested only hammer weight then with mods have gain 50fps+ more. Without this mods you will never get the power to use the 357 kit.
If you are not into higher power - but into less stress and easier cocking use a shorter 50mm or less HS and no hammer weight - thats how I set a 12-20FPE impact
So this new hammer spring holder cames only with the .35 impacts or the MK2's already have them ? I have experience FPS fluctuation putting the old hammer spring back after installing the power plenum. Returned to the spring that came with the PP kit and made a new hammer weight with bigger shoulder to compress the spring a little bit more solves the issue. What can be the cause of this fluctuation on the FPS ?
@@ernestrowe5061 Thanks Ernest. With the hammer weight with higher shoulder (2mm higher than the hammer weight that came with the PP kit) I could get plenty of power and adjustability as well.

@@franklentz5388 It sounds amazing :D But is it then the tuning parts, og just the original part ? :)

thanks for the upgrade Ernest, Took me about half an hour to do,can't wait to try it out, many thanks.
How did you get the hex screw to release from the loctite?

Thank you Ernest very much.
Thanks for the video. You're the best

good intel 👍 You’re the man Ernest!
Hi Ernest, just a quick question, the modification on the spring seat is a easy fix, but is the depth of the two the same...?
Ernest, buen vídeo, al FX Impact MKII se le puede instalar el kit del martillo MIII pera que quede con el ajuste micro y macro ??
Buenas, esa parte se queda pegada en mi Impact, algún consejo ????
Thanks a lot !!!!
Why use more compression , that will cause more wear and tear , surly the added hammer weight solves this , with less stress and easier cocking ?

How many numbers are the allens you use for power?
Can you do n video on how to give the crown more power?plz

Yes .357 has the 16mm Holder, at most the 57mm spring is to long you will get better results with 52mm HS

Tôi người việt nam. Tôi có thể mua được không ạ
