Just curious - why would payroll take too much time?
I imagine the guys meant that they need to confirm the hours worked by each of the contractor and go over the numbers before submitting the actual payroll. That's the time consuming piece in my business anyway. Submitting actual payroll is quick, but verifying that there were no wrong clock-ins or clock-outs in our system and confirming the hours takes slightly longer
@@BrickBucks oh?! Hmm, thanks for the insight! All my jobs including running BrickLink store has been honor system when it comes to clocking in hours. Now got me thinking there’s improvement. Employee management is not easy.
@@xiiikitty yeah it's really not. There's a lot of hidden time spent in different places that I don't think I really thought about before hiring 😂
They are missing two of the biggest parts or most important parts to a store. Once they find that they will take off big time.
