Decapitated man. Many and even the police say self decapitation. He did it to himself.
If I put a pinata at shoulder level, and blind fold you and put a Samurai sword with a bat handle in your hands (the switcheroo trick) and say swing as hard as you can. Whammo! A dead person case solved or unsolved.
    Great job documenting black suffering.

THIS IS A REAL SITUATION I AM GOING THROUGH IN FLORIDA. I DO NOT HAVE AN ATTORNEY AS OF YET; Read the scenario, then answer the question @ the end. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION! 😉
Let's say you had your grandpa living with you. He then becomes "INCAPACITATED" and you place him in a nursing home. Your sibling (who you and your grandpa never liked) comes to your house
(day #1) and says: "I want grandpa's SAFE", and you say "no go get a court order/guardianship"! Your sibling calls the police and they come but the police state they cannot get involved and that it is a CIVIL matter. The next day (day #2) it happens again: "I want grandpa's SAFE", and you say "no go get a court order/guardianship"! Your sibling calls the police and they come but the police state they cannot get involved and that it is a CIVIL matter. Then the 3rd day (day #3) it happens again: "I want grandpa's SAFE", and you say "no go get a court order/guardianship"! Your sibling calls the police and they come but the police state they cannot get involved and that it is a CIVIL matter. THEN on the 4th day (day #4), they go get grandpa out of the nursing home and bring him to your house and say again: "I want grandpa's SAFE", and you say "no go get a court order/guardianship"! Your sibling calls the police and tells them that grandpa is there with them but is INCAPACITATED, and the police come. The police state in their report that your sibling told police he is incapacitated, and the police even admit in their report that they (the police) spoke to grandpa and that: ".....HIS MIND SEEMED TO BE ALTERED...." Only THIS TIME this officer (who has not been there the other times) speaks to someone on the phone that is in ANOTHER STATE (claiming to be a family member but they never seen this person) telling the officer (OVER THE PHONE) that they have the POWER OF ATTORNEY over grandpa yet the officer never sees one (no fax/email..etc.). So, NEVER saw the person to who he spoke to (no I.D. & no POA document sent by Fax/Email) BUT takes it as "FACE VALUE" that what he is hearing to be true and "BREAKS" INTO YOUR PLACE AND TAKES GRANPA'S SAFE AND GIVES IT TO YOUR SIBLING! You know that your grandpa NEVER liked your sibling and would NEVER want that to happen. Remember....the other 3 times before the other officers made their reports and indicated IN THE REPORTS that they told your sibling they "CANNOT GET INVOLVED and that IT IS A CIVIL ISSUE"..!
(INCAPACITATED): In general, a person is considered incapacitated when he or she is no longer able to manage their own affairs....
A person is unable to make rational decisions or engage in responsible actions. Mental and/or physical deficiency
(ALTERED MIND): An altered state of mind is a change in one's normal mental state as a result of trauma or accident
(I am NOT looking for legal advice just your opinion. This IS a real situation. Please just answer with a YES or NO, and please read any comments before voting. - Thank you for your participation)
    Here is the question:
DID THAT OFFICER JUST VIOLATE YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL FOURTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS BY BREAKING INTO YOUR PLACE WITHOUT A SEARCH WARRANT/LEGAL DOCUMENTS/COURT ORDER?

I'm waiting for Bigot Ben vs. Citi Bike Karen Movie. I'd go with Larry Fishburne as the "Kingfish, " Jane Fonda as the beleaguered nurse.
