Cast Iron Skillet |How to Prepare and Season

I've gone full circle and am back to cooking on cast iron. Can't really say why I strayed away to start with, probably fell for all the new and "Not Improved" like the rest of us.

Yes I am. That was two pads and about 10 minutes of sanding, could have gone more but that seemed sufficient.
