Some of these trials have such graphic crime scene photos that I hope the jurors are offered short-term counseling if needed. Especially trials involving the abuse & murders of children.

There were jurors who saw the photos of JJ & Tylee after being in the ground for a while who have since mentioned that they couldn't have coped without counseling & they mentioned being given 'assistance' in obtaining that much needed gherapy (never did explain if that 'assistance' meant the $$ cost or being perhaps they were fast tracked into immediately starting sessions after the trial. Idk about the availability of psychologists in Idaho but in NY the time it takes between making that first appointment & when that actual appointment happens can take ~6ish weeks.

Yes. Totally agree. Especially when the victims are small children it's just horrifying to me that these channels put the victims' faces up with the perpetrators like as if they're united forever in the hereafter. The entire life and family of the innocent child is wiped off forever - by disassociation.

This testimony is so striking - important and upsetting. Amie Harwick was attacked in her own home. She was likely strangled there - - having her rosary broken and when she lost consciousness after being restrained around her throat and denied air - - her bladder released on the floor there where the crime scene techs noted it and tested it. HORRIBLE HIDEOUS TORTUROUS I can't wait for SENTENCING of this VILE ANGRY JEALOUS BARBARIC MAN-BABY

Yeah, but sometimes the prosecutor realizes that he has a case which is full of many opportunities for a defense atty to dust up
a big cloud of 'reasonable doubts'
Take a case which heavily relies on *all 12 jury members* believing the testimony of some mega shady witnesses, etc
They say that 'to succeed in winning a criminal trial the prosecutor must pitch a 'no hitter' However for a defense atty to succeed in winning a trial, all that that Defense lawyer needs to do is to HIT ONE SINGLE, ONE TIME during that exact same trial..
Idk about you but I'd much prefer that the guilty party takes a plea deal, rather than being straight up acquittal
