Of course, with your obvious lack of experience you would think they throw up their hands and so a dance routine proclaiming love. The reality is she may have figured that he was playing it cool and wanted to see what was going on. Her behavior is very common in the early stages of meeting someone. You guys realize she's there to cooperate with the prosecution. Her testimony proves he had love interests, he had a social support system, a woman who was interested in him. Yet he DECIDED to commit murder. Murder from a selfish position of luxury and privilege.
Heartbroken for Amie but also thinking of the previous girlfriends/dates this monster has. It must be very traumatic to find out that this man had an abusive history towards women & for what he did to Amie. So many had a lucky escape. He's a very manipulative narcissist. At the award ceremony he acted childlike in front of Amie & turned on the tears. He has the ability to switch emotions (on the surface) very quickly & adapt his behaviour/character to whoever he is with at the time.

The fact that the attny said “this may be embarrassing…” is rude but true. People judging women who enjoy their own sexuality is a problem. Now is it safe to be intimate with someone you’ve know for 3 days? Clearly not but a different argument all together. Fear should put limits on things you do w strangers but in this case he allegedly killed the girl he knew better. So around it goes.

I’ve been seeing people discuss her height today that differs when discussing the balcony height. I wasn’t able to see if they discussed her actual height in trial as I have missed some of it but it’s been said she was 5’7 or 5’8. I looked it up online on several sites that say she’s 5’5. The jury likely won’t buy that this was an accident but 5’5 makes a monumental difference when discussing balcony height than 5’8. He broke in her home and DA says he just wanted to talk. Breaking into someone’s home isn’t acceptable regardless to talk or not and additionally there was fear she shared and did all the right things. She tired her best to manage this scary situation and with all the surrounding facts of the case, and the syringe found with a lethal amount of nicotine (something many people don’t even know about) I find him absolutely guilty. This was no accident. Looking at his demeanor throughout the trial to me he looks ashamed and embarrassed.

Exactly, a form of detaching from his own actions. That is very common for murderers. Even if they commit horrible crimes, they still need some sort of protection from the monsters they are. Blaming depression, blaming someone else, or telling themselves that the victim deserved it, etc. What I have noticed though is that he looks sometimes up, very rarely. It’s so obvious the defense is going to drag things out and make this young lady as I’m comfortable as possible. So glad to see that this young lady stood her ground , and she was clear with her answers …. So for the victim and the victim family . But glad this young lady was not his next victim …. That puffy, bloated looks to me like the side effects of antipsychotic and/or antidepressant medication. Many of my former clients gained excessive amounts of weigh rather quickly and because diabetic and developed liver disease. He has that look about him.

I think she may be extremely embarrassed to have on UA-cam forever that she slept with a murderer, was ignored on Valentine’s Day, then drives a bike 70 miles to see this guy who killed a woman hours prior.
