I am a single woman starting the process of becoming a full time RVer in a truck camper. Reducing my material items, becoming a minimalist. This is my journey of that process along with my travels as a solo woman RVer. It is a challenge to reduce all material possessions in a 2500 square foot house to moving into a tiny home, that being a tiny house on wheels. I travel in a 2007 S&S Montana Ponderosa truck camper. My truck is a Dodge RAM dually.

A good Lodge Cast Iron Dutch Oven would work perfectly in that old BBQ grill with all of those good wood coals. A simple beef stew in a #10 Dutch Oven sitting in the grill would be the bomb come supper time. Bless your heart, I don`t even know you, but you are venturing out, doing what most people don`t have a clue about doing and will be the first to die should we have a SHTF event.

Next time break the egg in a cup to catch any shells that might fall in then pour it onto your meal

It really was amazingly good. Between the smell of the food and the smell of the cool crisp morning I was enjoying the moment for sure!
when are you going to hit the road? I been in friends yard for a yr. can't seem to hit the road myself. 🐔
I wish I knew. I am still working on a few things that require my attention here. Once those things are taken care of, I will be on the road!
