Last evening we booked one of the last minute discounts and our firefighter first responder discount could NOT be added according to the representative.
@@veronicawalker2281 did you pay it in full since it was last minute? If so, you can’t then get the discount. An agent like myself would have had to call it in first before you paid

We are staying in a luxury level room in our friends are in a butler room. We would like to dine together. Can they make reservations for four. Or do we have to do it separately? And how can we assure we dine at the same table?thank you.
@@lindamonahan1704 the butler should be able to reserve a table for 4! For the places that don’t require reservations, you can show up together. It will be hard to get pool chairs by them since their butler will reserve those for them.
As a long time Sandals traveler, we keep track of the shifts of the butlers and tip the $20 or 25 per shift, because one butler will usually be primary and carry the load of your service.

Wow I didn't expect to have to tip staff? No hate it just didn't cross my mind as someone from the UK. I would only really tip if they did something exceptional, glad I saw this as I don't want to come across as rude for not tipping
You don’t tip staff! Only butlers are if you go to the spa.
Question about exchange policy... If you go on a shopping excursion do they accept credit cards or do they give American $ currency for change?
It depends if they take cards but I always see them take US currency and have change. Never had an issue.
Is the free wedding still applicable? I only see that for the barbados location when i look online and Ive heard people say they no longer do it or that its 7 nights now
No longer free unfortunately!

I believe you are mostly correct about upcharges on food and beverage except I know that there are some dining options where you have the option to incur an upcharge for some higher quality wines. I know that was offered at the La Toc French restaurant in St. Lucia.
Yes, that is an option to splurge on high end wine but we’ve never felt the need to do that and they don’t push it!
I've seen the "managers wine list" at both Sandals Ochi and Sandals Montego Bay, as well as Beaches Ocho Rios.
Our trip to Montego Bay was the only time I ever felt they were pushy on it though. We were asked to buy a bottle almost every day, and long before dinner.
What about if its just me and my fiancé at our wedding?! Im confused on how that works with no guests..
It works the same! You deserved your own mini reception so it’s treated the same there just won’t be chairs at the ceremony and only enough food for you both!
Can groups of single adults stay at Sandals or is it just for couples? and do they have 2 beds in a room?
King beds only and price is based on two guests. As long as two friends don’t mind sharing a bed, it’s OK!
How much of a discount do you get if you book on resort?
It’s not a set amount, but it’s always a better deal than what you can find online! Even better than the 777 deals!
