Macho has A LOT of coat and if we want to keep training and playing it was best to get it off and also for the rain and he wouldn't dry anymore. Of course we will keep him warm with really nice rugs for him. I thought it would be fun to see who would do a better job, who isn't up for a challenge every now and then right?!

Too much fun. I love the horses and ponies but Jesse and Matt truly seem like delightful people and such good partners.
Macho is so patient with all of this and such a good sport putting up with the two of you bickering in front of him. What a great little gentleman he is.

This was great fun to watch, and Macho was a star throughout! I can’t really tell who did the best job, I wish we could ask Macho who he thinks was best. Loved seeing the two ponies playing together in the field after. Precious moments.
He’s adorable, love the little shetlands! I’d have to say Jesse won over all but, Matt’s side of the head was pulling ahead a bit there. Love the video, my favorite thing to watch on my lunch break between taking care of horses lol.

Jesse might be the winner by just the tiniest bit… but honestly the whole thing was great, I just love your dynamic together. This reminded me of some of your earlier videos but with better camera work. That moment when Jesse was handing Matt the coin and realized he was about to be had reminded me of when my husband (lovingly) messes with me like that. I’m pretty sure Jesse gets a kick out of working Matt up and getting him all charged up about tasks requiring perfectionism 😂

Macho is just gorgeous with or without a thick coat, and what a patient wee boy he is. Both Jesse and Matt did a great job but in all honesty, Matt has left a few long hairs. I like using my cordless clippers which is Heiniger or Andis. I also find clipping them wet, keeps my blades, cool, and comes off like butter. I also spray them with WD-40 and gun oil for lubing the blades. The clippers are a heck of a lot quieter also.
