- Have you or your clients ever experienced knee pain while squatting? How to interpret your findings
Very helpful! thank you.
I started having knee pain after sissy squats, and this helped a lot.
Happy to hear it was helpful. Thank you!
what if the added tension doesn’t reduce the pain?
Do it with less weight/ warm up and stretch first.
What about knee pain if it's potentially coming from the feet up?
good idea
Thank you! Cheers!
What to do after finding .. ?
If you find tension from either the left or right side of the body decreases your knee pain, we would include things like Pallof Press into your training to help. Usually this test will let you know that your knee is compensating for either core or hip issues.
I’m 15 and whenever I put pressure on my knee (squatting) to reach sth beneath me I would feel the pain in my knee and I have no history of doing squats (working out) or anything I Suddenly just got it it’s been 3-4 days now and I think it’s getting worse
I am having the same problem. Did your pain reduce?
Brother, decrease squatting speed and try to bend more(go more downward) -> this will lead to stretching of quads but it may pain for 1-2 days in quads
