This has to the be the most bizzare PA announcer I have ever heard..... Enthusiastically saying "Air" Jordan after MJ scores......... Someone should have told him the 76ers are the home team.
This was when he was breaking out and surpassing the legends nightly like magic and bird. Dropping 50 and shutting them down. Becoming a DPOY. He was obviously the best player any of them had ever seen and they had young barkely
Phil Jackson/Tex triangle offense is what made the Bulls a dynasty. They had to get the rest of the team involved, not just have the GOAT make all the shots. Once they figured all that out, it was off to the races for the Bulls. This game is proof that one man can’t win all on his own, even if you are the GOAT.
I didn't see anyone mention that he had no less than 8 dunks in this game. That has to be his career high for dunks in a game. For reference, a prime shaq had about 4 dunks per game a center.
Just like playing the Celtics in the 86 first round averaged 45 PPG on 56% field goals and still got swept. And LeBron fans try and discredit him for that lol
@@tompratt5916 No if you don't have team your going to lose anyway. If he scored 20 and they lose by 30, then you'll say he should've scored 50. That's how it goes lol
@1:28 and @1:48. As great as he was, Jordan did get some really SOOOOOOFT fouls called for him. The defenders KNEW it, and so nobody really ever tried to defend him too hard. Half the time, Jordan was moving at a slow, leisurely pace and NOBODY every sped him up, because that player KNEW he wouldn't last the First half if he tried to D Jordan up. Makes me take all his stats with a grain of salt.
Emmanuel Enyinwa - that's laughable. It sounds like you're saying the greatest career of all time was generated by fouls? It's as if you're patently ignoring how every single player today gets more easier calls than MJ ever did. It's as if you patently ignore how today has countless more foul calls than in MJ's day. It's as if you're ignoring how LBJ for example passed MJ in free throws in only 9 seasons. And it's only gotten softer with countless more foul calls since his 9th season. Guess LBJ's career can be taken with even a smaller grain of salt, smh. Lmfao.
No defence worked on him. MJ toyed with the best defensive teams in the League. The only thing that could stop MJ was Pistons' „Jordan rules” but that was not defence, that was naked brutality and unsportsmanlike conduct.
@@mariuspopescu6089 wrong. I can tell you're young. It's wasnt hard fouls 24 \7 just in the 4th qtr you're going to the foul line. Boston la 76ers everyone played the same way. Boston taught my pistons how to play tough.
Well, it would be more of an issue if he shot 9 or 10 for 29, played no defense and grabbed no rebounds. That was never the case and, in this particular game, he missed only five shots while playing on both ends of the court. I grew up watching these games and Dave Corzine, Brad Sellers, Cartwright and the rest would often need thirty shots to score ten points.
WWWBOOGIE80COM Selfish my Ass he's playing within the offense. He's not out there taking DumbAss shots, that was all in flow of the game. 24/29 speaks for itself with the 9 rebs and playing on both ends of the floor. His teammates were in the development stages at this point particularly Pippen and Grant.
pretty dope that the PA announcer calls him Air Jordan sometimes when he scores
24-29 what a fucking joke! I mean seriously. How can a GUARD do that and make it looks so beautiful?
24 of 29 no threes only four foul shots. DAMN!
24 out of 29....crazy
Wao Michael Jordan doesn't needed to make any 3 pts shot to get 52 points. That man was unstoppable!!

i have this game on tape around here somewhere.
24 for 29 from the field. kobe would've been 19-50. one of many differences. just on offense
😏 I'm a few years late on this video and comment but Kobe scored on 50 in 26 games. In those games he shot 53% overall, try again
2:19 i hear the song "Bad" by Michael Jackson
This was FOX 32 Chicago, IL.
It’s crazy how he was the player of the game and his team lost
WFLD-TV Channel 32(FOX) And then 670 WMAQ
24 out of 29 with virtually no free-throws, that is nearly impossible.
5:30 holy shit Jordan was fast!
Michael “Air” Jordan. Awesome PA announcer
The announcer referring to him as "AirJordan" is tremendous! Never heard that b4 . Ima play this loud on a loop.
its gotta suck to score 29 at halftime and still be losing by 20

yup he only missed 5 shots if anybody else on team played better they would've won the game

BrownBrother27 pretty sure Jim Wise was the guy’s name. After Zinkoff passed away
Lol at him being 24-29 with teams actually playing tough defense at an away game
Pippen isn't even a starter

24-29 from the field for a shooting guard. Good grief. That's hard to do if you're 7'7" let alone 6'6"

Jim Durham and Johnny "Red" Kerr.
