when you follow him, you can clearly see the hoodie and the pants that were worn by the person who followed Becky to the old orphanage, and that's when she realizes to suspect him.

Did anyone catch the Trapper the first time around? My gf and I “beat” the game in less than two hours I think and we got that ending. Didn’t expect that at all. It seems like most folks weren’t getting that ending the first go around. Either way I thought it was fun
I came from Jack's playthrough, I find it really lame from the developers. The VERY first choice in the game is if you want to save your partner or hostage. If you choose the hostage you have a 100% failure chance. No matter what Jack did. From the first choice he made. He had no chance. Because you think Carl will help you out when Simon says at the end "She's crazy she tried to kill me!" Carl was the first one to suspect Becky. Carl will believe Simon. (Don't know if you can even get to Simons house without Tom but just stating every possibility)

However that scene never played out and the ending of the game never mentioned Judge Vanstone getting kidnapped. Apparently that is what you were telling me about the sowing the timer scene before the bar scene lol. There are a ton of different ways the story can play out. I need 6 more trophies to complete all storylines before I even start getting the competitive trophies.
