    I feel so validated after listening to your videos. I have grown up my whole life so confused as to why I've struggled for so long. After finally getting into some cognitive behavioral therapy, I quickly realized that my issues were routed much deeper on a cellular level. Because of your videos I am now working on the next missing piece to my personal healing journey. I Now understand that I have hope and I can heal. But the beauty of this all, is that I will be able to break the Cycles from my children and therefore this is all worth it.

    Researchers also say that there are different micro-biomes in the body: The gut, brain, breast, liver etc each have their own bacterial needs.
    A matter of perspective and how we categorize maybe - is it multiple nervous systems or one overall nervous system with many areas and functions? Regardless, it's helpful to understand the functions of the body to help us manage in life.

    I’ve been having these problems for the past three years. One thing I’ve noticed that when I stand completely still I feel this shakiness within my neck and I’ve asked my doctors many doctors actually WHAT IS THAT and no one could ever tell me what is causing this. I’m wondering if it’s my nerves doing that. Hmmm

    Hi Irene, do you teach people how to work and still do this healing work? I work closely with a lot of deregulated people being a caregiver who have chronic illness and disabilities. I felt like I was sensitive and not normal because I could walk into a home and immediately feel my fight/flight system activated while these deregulated people are just talking or just being in their home.

      I'll chat with Irene about this!
      One suggestion is to make some drawings/notes as you watch the video. I find that helps me understand it!

    Is peripheral neuropathy small nerve peripheral neuropathy related to mind body connection

    • @teamlyon3109
      @teamlyon3109 3 роки тому +1

      Hi tousif kk, Jen here from Team Lyon. My understanding is that there can be many causes of peripheral neuropathy. In some cases, it's possible that working with the nervous system the way Irene teaches can have an impact on this form of neuropathy.

    Useful but it would be more comfortable if you were not activated, and without this sound with thé Word "sad"...Am I thé only one who is "nervous" about that ? Well, I try again, but I am not sûre I should...with kind regards and gratitude though..I'd love another video for this subject.

      Hi Suzette. Seth here from Team Lyon. Thanks for being here! There are many ways to get into this nervous ssytem based trauma work. This UA-cam channel is a good way to start. These are other good free options...
      Free 3 Part Healing Trauma Video Training - irenelyon.com/healing-trauma-youtube/
      Irene's free resources - irenelyon.com/free-resources-2/
      And then, if you really want to get into the work, Irene has created two online programs - one that is 21 days that you can start anytime, and one that is way more intensive, 12 weeks long, and only runs once a year called SmartBody SmartMind, which start up on March 2. Here are those links...
