    Neutral Grip Pull-Ups 3 sets to failure
    Workout
    Front Pull-Downs 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8
    Bent Over Rows 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 drop set each set (Reverse grip can be used)
    Cable Rows 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8
    Straight Arm Front Pull-Downs 4 sets of 12-15 drop set each set
    FST7 Machine Rows 7 sets of 8-12 reps 30 second rest between sets
    Traps
    Machine Shrugs 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8
    Barbell Shrugs 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8
    Lower Back
    Hyperextensions 4 sets of 12-15 drop set each set
