This is the seventh mission of the third StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void Nova Covert Ops mission pack. In this video I play the "In The Enemy's Shadow" on the Brutal difficulty.
After finding out that the Defenders of Man used Nova for their own good and finding out that the general is leading their armies, Emperor Valerian decides to take matters in his own hands and Nova is forced to infiltrate Davis's main base.

Nova Covert Ops is the first mission pack for StarCraft 2. It will consist of nine missions that will be released over three installments. StarCraft 2 is a military science fiction real-time strategy video game developed and released by Blizzard Entertainment for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X.

There's actually a secret weapon Nova can pick up if you use the blink suit and go to the room where you picked up the special ordnance. You can blink up to the corridor, across a gap and you will come up to a bunch of scientists doing yoga like thingy, turn southwest and blink into a room where you will find a weapon that Nova can equip. It's melee vs ground, short range vs air, and both attacks do aoe damage. Also grants the fury of one ability which is a non autocast version of campaign/co-op DT shadow strike except it can also hit air. Personally I still prefer the plasma rifle but maybe you can find a use for it.
Lowko didn't realise her could mind control the Stalker, didn't even see the BC, and mIssed Delta and Pierce. And didn't mind control the EMP/detectors vs. Stone.
And the scientists' yoga class and the secret weapon.

I brought a Siege Tank to the duel with Stone and knocked him down before I knew what his ability patterns were.

you should use dominate more. you can dominate those things that look like widow mines and make them explode. also there was a weapon you missed it was in one of those vent time things use the new armor or jump jet suit to get into them.

this has been my favorite mission so far
You can actually be permanently cloaked with the blink suit. Blink's cooldown is 8 seconds but it cloaks you for ten seconds, so if you keep blinking (like you should in co-op) she'll always be cloaked.
I loved this mission. Just finished the hard mode achievement (finish the level in 4 minutes or less on hard). So much fun! Would love to see you do a speedrun video =)

Those sneaky pathways are for the reaper suit. In that suit you aren't cloaked, but you can bypass the heavy guarded areas by taking those pathways.
Dude you do not pay attention to the surroundings you missed a few secret passages.

I'm not sure if you noticed, but the teleportation suit does provide you with permanent cloak, assuming you are constantly using the teleport, because the cooldown is shorter than the cloak.
Tom M or you use the stealth suit
but if you use the teleportation suit u can have more mobility and you dont really need to use the flashbombs and you can easily ignore the detection and go after the objectives.
Hey lowko you kinda messed this one up, please replay it and maybe consider that, even though it might be more cofortable for you to just go the way that you allready cleared up, your viewers might wanna see the whole map / mission that is available.. that way you also wont miss secrets like you did here. Also try and think of the cinematographic aspect of this mission pack... playing super safe just to beat it might not have the most satisfying result for your watchers. Anyway i still enjoyed it and hope you read this as a form of constructive criticism. :)

Also, I was wondering why this video wasn’t added to the Nova Covert Ops mission playlist named, “Starcraft 2: Campaign”? You have missions 1-6 there, but don’t have missions 7-9 there. It just makes it easier for people to watch your 100+ campaign play through of StarCraft 1-2 then transition to this one. Either way, I really enjoy your commentary and here’s to many more videos in the future. 👍🏻

Lowko, In this mission there is a really good overpowered Weapon, called the Blazefire Gunblade, at the top left, equip your phase reactor suit and Blink onto the platform, and then Blink and you'll find a meditation easter Egg, then Blink to the floor behind it and you'll find a rocket pickup which is a hidden Weapon, the blazefire Gunblade.
The message that devs put into the end cinematic means end of SC-2 campaingn single player.
Well , it was a nice journey and lets hope that they will bring us soemthing more in the future

You should redo this mission at some point. Because somewhere in here is another secret weapon you can pick up, a gunblade weapon from Final Fantasy.

Just to let you know good sir Lowko, there is a hidden bonus objective on this map to obtain the final weapon. I won't spoil what it is, but lets just say you'll have to utilize the new Suit you get in the level to get it, along with playing around with the Reaper Suit to check out all those hidden nooks and crannies. :)
It's been a while since I played it myself, but if my memory serves correct, there is a battlecruiser in the room with the surge tracks near the end. At least it's something powerful, and I recommend mind controlling it.

I did my first time too, but you missed the gunblade weapon pickup for Nova, it requires to the blink suit obtained in this mission to access it. You also missed that Pierce and Delta are there in this mission too.
there is delta and other ghost on the map/ also in the same map there is a big battle cruiser to control
I was so disappointed that I couldn't fly that thing inwards through the city. A real shame that I used to destroy that Thor.

did you manage to find the gunblade? it can be taken by going through the chute at top left room and you need the blink suit to do it. nova can do omnislah with it, very usefull to kill the first boss...

While I'm doing the mission, I wander around the map and found out there is a THIRD EQUIPMENT for Nova that you can acquire. It's pretty cool (a combination of a blade and a gun, roughly. And new ability too, that's awesome). Notice the narrow ways on high ground, about the top middle part of the map, where you need to use your teleport armor or your jump suit to reach. Hope this help :)

there is a stalker in the room with the phase reactor suit that can be controlled by domination
neat detail, as the pase suit has a tp option built in it

You do realize enemies don't attack units you dominate until either you get decloaked/revealed, or you have the controlled unit open fire, right? It allows you to make quite a bit of strategic use of certain enemy units. Also, funfact, that Stalker, you could have controlled it.
!spoiler sorry if ive missed it but where did you picked up the special ordnance? ran around the whole map, gathered a secret weapon, found a yoga course but ive seemed to missed that one? cant search now cause i need to get ready for work )=

I don't have any control over that as far as I know, the "Dark Skies" mission shows for me personally. That said, use the link in the description. Should make it much easier.
Plasma Rifle = OP :D
Whenever I use "fury of one" on the gunblade it disables and removes my weapons and i can only use abilities. cannot change to other weapons either, they disappear from nova's stats. only abilities. Game breaking glitch.

mind control the thor and make sure he survives to the end of the sewers. At the end, to the right of the entrance to the ladder to the second part, there is a path to a room with people in it. Take your thor there

Make sure your toast notifications are on and that you are not set to "Busy" when you are playing the game, otherwise the achievements do not pop up.

Nick Shayan i saw a yoga groop and an ewok. the eok is in the underground und the yoga groop is only acsessable with the new suit. that are the ones i found in this level

Feels very underwhelming compared to the other missions.

Tunneled vision. I don't understand Why You are not trying different approaches. You have pinpointed Your mind to defeat Stone and shoot him down. But why NOT EVEN TRY to take controll of those widow mines... You can macro marvelously and control units that You know flawlessly. But still You don't even try to acnowledge abilities that Nova has.

Under 4 minutes for the achievement, so you should try again! Achievement works with Hard, though.
