My definitive playthough of the StarCraft 2 Campaign Collection trilogy and Nova mission pack. Each mission video will be a walkthrough explaining and executing strategies to succeed and obtain most achievements on Brutal difficulty. All dialogues, cinematics, and story-related material will be at the end of each video.
In some cases I omit completing Mastery achievements that would require a separate playthrough detracting from a full showcase of the mission in question.
Achievements completed this video:
Thunderstruck - Kill an enemy Ghost as it is calling down a nuke in the End Game mission.
Stonewall Defense - Complete the End Game mission without losing any Gorgons to the Xanthos's attacks on Normal difficulty or higher. - Ігри
Congratulations with finishing your SC2 full playthrough Jay. It was a great ride.
Even as someone who's played the campaigns a lot, I still liked the series. It was nice seeing Brutal by someone who knew what they were doing and using that to 100% it instead of a speedrun on the lowest graphical settings. Had no idea the gun blade was a thing either.
I know Alalak said she made an enemy today but at the same time I think Nova gained so much respect from Alalak because Taltarim values strength over everything else...
I watched the whole StarCraft 2 series and I had a ton of fun doing so. Thanks a lot for this play through and all the different variations! I like the way you go through different games in different ways, how you're trying out new stuff and what do you like to show us in this games.
Keep it up the same way and always play the games the way it's fun for you. Because that's what it's all about and the way most people like to watch your let's plays.

I legit find it hard to believe that I watched every single video of this series from start to finish as they came out. Certainly enjoyed every video though and it was fun seeing some of the things I've never seen in the SC2 campaigns before like all the easter eggs.

Two and half years later, this playlist is still bringing joy. Thanks Jay for putting this together. I'm going to miss watching this each night or on a break. It was great entertainment.
Nova's logic here seems a bit odd to me. Trying the whole trial thing with Davis didn't work because Alien fleet came out of nowhere and attacked.Davis only escaped thanks to big, dumb luck. That doesn't exactly happen every day, I don't think that if she brought Davis alive she would get another chance like that.
Well really she escaped from the brig because a battle cruiser captain or other high official let her out. The defenders of man in the final mission are knowingly attacking Gorgon battle cruisers. They are traitors.
Ditto, never really understood Nova's beef with this. Heck she had the opportunity to take Davis alive a 2nd time and just threw it out the window. What, does she think Valarian is being too soft by trying to follow due process? Well what'evs. Great series all around!
It's just poor writing.
Jay now that you are done with the campaigns I have a very important question.
It Duran Narud forwards?
Because Narud is Duran backwards, so is Duran Narud forwards?

91 out of 91 done! Thank you Jay for the walkthrough. This series has really helped me go through a depressing time. I somehow stumbled upon this playlist while looking for something, just anything to binge on UA-cam to distract myself from the stress. So reliving this SC2 campaign with your videos means a lot more to me than you can imagine. Great work and since I just discovered your channel, looking forward to your other content as well!
Next series should be Warcraft related. Either W3 campaigns on HARD mode, or finally do a Beyond the Dark Portal playthrough.
I assume he's waiting for Reforged, then he'll do a complete playthrough like this SCII one
@@ethan1142028 I heard that Reforged will not be an absolute copy of original game, and maps will be changes . At least for mission in Stratholme Blizzard made a completely new map.
This reason, why idea go original game and later remake for make comparisons looks interesting.
I will definitely play the existing version of WC3 on hard in a series soon, but it won't be like this series because I'm nowhere near as familiar with the maps.

I watched all 91 episodes and I have to say this campaign playthrough is a thing of beauty. I was mostly expecting really meta builds for crushing missions but I like how you take the time to use as many loadouts and units as possible.
Really enjoyed every single video, I'm quite sad it's over to be honest!
I watched the whole series, and had a blast. I really liked you going through different options, and explaining things even if you didn't show it in action.

If you’re looking for your next playthrough, I highly recommend Enslavers Redux. If you’re interested in a console RPG experience, I recommend Breath of the Wild on the Nintendo Switch. BotW is my favorite game ever, and I know you’ll enjoy it.

I don't get why they went with the villain going 'kill me and you are no better than I am" trope for her last line. Not only is it cliche as hell but it make no sense in the cicumstances. The whole 'if you kill me you'll be like me 'schtick works well in superhero stories with your batman and superman or any story if you have some hero who doesn't kill as some moral high ground or kill relunctantly or are still some bright wide wise eyes idealist, sure. But here ?
It's almost like the writers forgot during that last chapter Nova is a spy and TRAINED ASSASSIN. She was snapping necks ike twigs in the first missiona nd she's been sniping and murdering people by the dozens. I mean even if you account ofor gameplay/storry segregation she still kills people in cutscenes, the wrangler at the start and he defender technician without hesitation or remorse.
This was a nostalgic series. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
That was fun series to watch, especially delivered from such experienced player with nice voice :P

Just sat through and watched the entire series for the past few days, really enjoyed revisiting StarCraft II's campaign missions again, even though I've already seen your previous run throughs. Love your commentary and playstyle and will always watch your videos when they come out. Hopefully we'll get some new mission packs in the future and I look forward to seeing your playthrough of Warcraft III: Reforged, whenever that comes out.

Nice series Jay! You know I've been here since episode 1, cause even though I started watchin cause of your Dark Souls playthroughs, I've been playin Starcraft 2 a hell of a lot longer.

I watched through the whole series and had a great time. There were a lot of pointers for my own (Ongoing) Brutal playthrough that have been invaluable.
This has been, without a doubt, a fantastic series to watch, and by now, it kinda feels almost sad that it's over. It's not every day I can say I watch something that I enjoy so much that 5:30pm becomes a time of the day to celebrate by slamming F5 on UA-cam, of all things. It's been a fantastic ride, and I definitely appreciate your hard work to share this with us. Thank you, Jay. ♥
It's gonna feel weird tomorrow, not having a SC2 afternoon video to look forward to regularly. But at least now I can rest easy, knowing that Narud is Duran backwards.

Man it was fun to watch the full 91 videos, in my case a great way to watch the campaigns in a 2nd screen while i'm working. I'm already starting to watch other series in your channel.

What a way to end a long series
I don't know how you manage to do this, but after every mission I felt satisfied with how you finished it, between wiping the map or trying forgotten units like Blood Hunters or different Kerrigan builds or even better mass BCs with goddamn special ordinance
It was a fun ride, and I'm looking forward for the next ones in the future

I thank you for this series, I was never able to finish SC2 on Brutal and I never played the Covert Ops. I was literally like this ":O" when Alarak attacked on the civilians.
I thank you again, I enjoyed the ride a lot. I've seen every video and waited the release of each episode to see while eating dinner.
Would like to see some more WC3 preparing for the BIG day of the Reforged.

Also, I've found it somewhat amusing how you've gone from "I'm gonna make sure you all make it alive through this mission" to "Sorry Dominion marines, you don't deserve getting nuked, but you were gonna die anyway" hahahaha. It's been a long time since I watched a Starcraft 2 Let's Play where I really enjoyed watching it, the only thing I can really think of that I was missing was the descriptions of the different units and pieces of equipment that you didn't read out, but that's just one Little thing, it was a great pleasure for me to watch you and now I wish even more that there would be more of Starcraft
Congratulations on beating the entire campaigns on Brutal, it's been a real blast and pleasure to watch the entire thing and both revisit the three main ones I've played and catch up to some of the stuff I've missed out with the Nova pack. Your handling of each missions, from the knowledge of the maps, to what units synergize well, down to sometime even knowing the timing and direction of setted attacks was pretty impressive. Very nicely played. ^.^

I watched all the series because i was interested in the story of the game, but I wasn't interested in getting back into it and playing the whole campaign. Plus, my computer runs like a snail now. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
And yes I watched the whole thing, I started mid WoL to like stay up 10 more minutes just to catch your episodes (they released at 1:30 am in Eastern Europe, Bucharest time zone) and every video I enjoyed

Awesmazing, that’s all I have to say about your journey, I found out about you from a guy I was playing through the currently released arcade missions for coop HotS and have been enjoying the whole ride and will be waiting for a play through of the coop HotS when it is finished (a hint I will give about it is the hero’s are all locked in to the lobby order 1st person or host is Kerrigan the second one is naktul so they tied her into the rest of the story third is this hard to pronounce harder to spell named infested ball thing that you would see more likely with stukov then Kerrigan, oh and the first mission may be bugged out, and the new mutation missions are done quite well)
Love the video series you did Jayborino with Starcraft 2 and i enjoyed it though I didn't watch each every one episode but most of them but still a nice series(I hope you will do if you have time once a Warcraft 3 Reforged comes out probably this year a series on that game)All in all Nice

This series was great. I really did enjoy the variety and unit experimentation as well as achievement strategies. And if nothing else, this series inspired me to go back and watch the insurrection play through to finally understand what the hell you were talking about with calling Matt Horner Charlie Vane 😂
