The fact that Watchdog Man held back and still whoop Garou's ass speaks volume on how strong he really is
I think that Watchdog Man might be close to breaking his limiter.
He's pretty strong, and we have no idea how much
He's face often emotionless like Saitama's.
Maybe he isn't on par with Saitama only because his dream and drive was lesser: To be able protect City Q.
Meanwhile Saitama wanted to become able defeat his opponents with single punch.

I've watched S2 so many times and everytime I watch it I realize it's not even badly animated people just over exaggerate because season 1 spoiled everyone lmao. Still waiting for S3
No. Season two is pretty lazily animated. And inconsistent style too

@@diedonasaturdayis it bad though? Personally no. Ive seen worse. Inconsistency is common, given its a different studio with different vibe. The same way people complain about AOT season 4 but overall its not terrible

Yes there are worse anime. But this is pretty bad. It’s very obvious the studio blew the budget and time on the first episode on unnecessarily flashy animation that it affected the rest of the series.
Once again, Animation is bad. But not the worst thing in the world. It’s still a good show because of the story and funny moments
@@diedonasaturdaywouldn't say lazily... The production time plays a huge factor. The last 2 EPS of this season was proof they could've done better with more time and also the team that animated this season didn't have much experience with action anime

No, he's just a talented ass who wastes his abilities on trivial, selfish, materialist hedonism. As you've seen, he thought himself strong and had a lot of cute things to say about 'heroes', but he got his mind right now. Sort of like how Snek needed to be taken down a peg so he could better live up to his profession (become legitimately a better person worthy of the respect he demanded early on). He's got some strength and a lot of skill, but so far he only demonstrated Demon Level (wide range). Upper, maybe.
Low level S in terms of heroes (if Amai were to allow him to rise, which he wouldn't when evaluated as he is prior to 'correction' **absolutely would have been sent to bottom of A tier to work his way up to top 5 competing with the disciples of Bang just to get kek'd forever by A1 out of reach**). Ultimately, absolute power cannot be contested with technique.
Hard work to the extreme of OPM reaches a godliness beyond the human and even the monstrous. The lady's man never had a chance and likely can never find it in himself to break his own limit, but can become a better person (even a heroic one). A lot of growing to do, indeed. Has to get back to training, too (sharpen his skills, harden his body, etc. **he's nothing to even old man Silverfang**).
